Horrible place the system to see your family is awful to get in the gate they have to enter code which rings to there phone so you can get in the problem is your dealing with elderly people who can't see, can't hear the phone when it rings God for bid there's an emergency and you can't get in unless they pick up the phone this is the worst system ever! Something needs to be done asap

I live here and it's one of the better gated communities but these buildings are over 40 years old with a lot of costly repairs soon.

Nice condo, love the beautiful lake and the green area around the lake that invite you to take a walk. Amenities like 3 pools, gym, club house etc. Quiet place to live and enjoy nature.

The management is bad. If you reserve a space for an engagement use personal checks. They are bad with M. O.s I will have to send my M. O.s to the issuers for a r÷issue to me.

Very nice place to live.
Clean. Good security system a beautiful lake and new gymn equipment.

The association is terrible, they are worried about security but there is no security officer and the pedestrian gate is broken. Also, they treat seniors like trash.

For God's sake give the old lady the decal. What is wrong with you people! This is what happens when you have in charge!

All you have to do is read the news article about how they are treating a 100 YEAR OLD RESIDENT. It is SHAMEFUL, DISGUSTING, and an utter DISGRACE to how they are mistreating this sweet lady. They have no decency and should be made famous for what management and the board really are.good-for-nothing, mean, low life bullies who make a 100 year old woman suffer and not even be able to enter her own home without practically begging to be LET IN HER OWN HOME. No words describe the dirt that they are.

I couldn’t imagine working in the front and looking a 100 year old lady in the eyes and denying here a decal. What a shame. What does around comes around.

So sad they won’t give a 100 year old resident a gate card so she can enter her own home. This is awful. They’re trying to force her into an uncomfortable situation. This community will use your HOA funds to pay $$$$ to keep an elderly woman from accessing her home and community.

This is a beautiful place to live at and has a beautiful lake with lots of benches and paths for walking. This place is one of the best looking apartment/townhouse areas I have ever seen and the administration are super nice and etc.

Shame on this management, just give grandma a freaking decal! You guys just ruined my day after watching this on the news!

How in gods name can the association at this building live with themselves preventing an elderly woman from accessing her own apartment. Please stop your power trip and provide reasonable accommodations to someone who deserves to live in peace. You all are behaving like monsters.

If Carriage Hills was caught treating an old lady with disregard over gaining access to her property, imagine all the other mistreatment of the the elderly tenants; not to mention minorities in general.

I think its absurd what they are doing to that 100 year old women, I'm willing to do a go fund me and go after them for age discrimination and anything else we can think of.

Saw the story on channel 7 news they will not give 100 yr old lady a decal to enter to her own place of living.
