3There was a function today at the clubhouse march 7. I delivered a $132 food order and received no tip. Maybe you could just pick it up and save the delivery charge too.
Great place to live. I leased the apartment above the club house for (3) years. I absolutely loved it there. Management & residents were kind & I made a lot of friends. Everyone was so nice there.
After our President had a heart attack a temporary person stepped in. I felt like he was trying to run me out. He’d continually wanted to come into my home for some reason or another & then he informed me my rent would be going up…. A-LOT. I couldn’t afford to stay if that happened. I felt I was a good tenant. He ended up knowing & leased to a smoker which wasn’t allowed in the apartment. The smoke would effect the apartment.
He’s gone & now I’d love to go back. I never had any issues living there till he took over.
I was really happy living there. You would love it there too!:)
Had the opportunity to stay here at my dads place. Probably one of the coolest places for people who are retired which is why my Dad and his fiancé likes it. Has a hobby shop for woodworking and even a tool rental scheme. Hobby shop is better stocked than my shop at work. Has a really nice clubhouse thing where they do events. Super cool place I’d even consider but dad informs me it’s 55+ which is probably discrimination.
