I have been through a multitude of CPAs trying to find the really best one. I never imagined that every new relationship would show me just how incredibly underserved I was in the previous one. I finally got wind of this group from a family member who said “they’re not cheap but they are unlike anything you have ever witnessed or experienced, just have a call with Carrie and you will see”. WOW. WOW. WOW. From the first meeting where Carrie’s expertise was mind-blowing, and from just that I received clear instructions of what I should be doing and how my family and I could benefit from the system, until receiving my negative tax bill with a $5,000 refund, I could not believe the efficacy, knowledge and truly expert job I was witnessing. I had to email them several times to make sure I was reading the documents correctly and understanding everything because I couldn’t believe it. I’ve never seen a group of people work so magically and make things so easy and clear for me. I feel safe, I feel cared for and I saved so much money that I can truly say they are worth every last penny! Brilliant team, and Carrie God bless you and your team! WOW! HIGHLY recommend. I absolutely cannot say enough about how wonderful it is to work with Carrie and her team! It is rare to find someone that truly loves what they do, but somehow Carrie has managed to assemble an entire team that does just that. Carrie brings a joy to accounting that I've never seen before and it makes her an absolute pleasure to work with. The fact that she's as sharp as they come and always up to date on the most recent tax/accounting changes, rules, and practices almost seems like an incidental benefit. She's been my accountant for years now and I can't imagine that there is another accountant out there who does such a tremendous job of combining knowledge, critical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent customer service quite like her.

Came onboard as a new client with clear expectations. Asked for a follow-up call. The team did not prepare for the meeting at all. No context on my account or any details.

When I suggested to the team that they should not waste others' time and come to the next meeting prepared, they cancelled our service agreement.

What an awful service company. 0/10 client experience and Carrie Baron is all talk, no walk
