This shop is great to work with, they're very honest and up front about the work that needs to be done to the vehicle. In my case I knew going in that it was going to be a major repair, but unfortunately my older car needed a full engine replacement. I decided not to have it done due to the value of the vehicle and the guys completely understood and agreed with the cost to value ratio. They do tend to take a bit to get back to you, but I'm certain that's just because they're so busy! Is definitely take other cars to them.

Took my son’s new Supra (yes it is a BMW) for service and couldn’t be more pleased. Scott, Kevin and everyone at Carroll Autowerks are great. From start to end, I was treated with respect and professionalism. I got estimates for other shops and their price was the best by far, besting one estimate by almost 2/3!

I took my z4 here for noise in my rear passenger side wheel. These guys went above and beyond to figure out my problem. Turns out I needed a new wheel. Because of this simple fix these guys did not charge me a cent. I will be bringing my car here from now on. Very honest people.

Have gone here multiple times for my bmw 535xi. This place is awesome, friendly staff and fair pricing. They even took me on a Saturday morning without an appointment to fix a broken water pump, turned out being my lucky day. Would definitely recommend them for automotive repairs. Owner even dropped me off to my house instead of waiting at the shop stove I lived close by.

Scott is always on point with my little Mazda when it comes to repairs and maintenance. Just had my last repair done and he told me that my car wasn’t safe to drive before the repairs. He knows what he and his team are doing and I trust him. He fixed the drive Axel and transmission mounts that was causing the safety issues and now my car rides smoother than ever. I won’t take my car anywhere else but to Carol Autowerks.

First time to Carroll Autowerks and Scott has earned a returning customer for my 2016 5 series! As a female, I would often feel preyed on for services on my vehicle to be rendered that weren't necessary, thus I would always return to the dealership as they were 'safe'. I wish I'd found this place a few months ago when I shelled out over $3500 on front brakes, rotors and motor mounts to the dealership!

From our first interaction over the phone during my inquiry he demonstrated professionalism and was willing to brainstorm what the issue could be and run an estimate of costs. Turns out, he was spot on with the issue! Other locations wanted to schedule me out 2 weeks for a diagnostic of my a/c unit (display lit up but no air or heat would blow out of the vents or defroster) and we all know how crazy our weather in Jax is.and considering the rain. I needed my defrosters to work on the windshield! Scott got me in and out in the time window that he promised and was the perfect gentleman going above and beyond by pulling my vehicle into the shop so that I would not get wet in the rain! Driving home I realized I needed an oil change and should have asked him to perform that service as well to save myself another trip.insert facepalm!

I am beyond happy with the service and professionalism. I brought my BMW X5 to them because I was paying for maintenance and still experiencing the same problems just getting worse. Not only did Carroll Autowerks fix my laundry list of mechanical sabotage but they did it within my budget. I’m so pleased to have them restore my love for my vehicle but also in my trust in a Great Mechanic! I recommend this shop to anyone who will listen!

I went to Carroll Autowerks after taking my BMW to Tom Bush. They were able to resolve my transmission issue for a fraction of the price! Scott was very professional and found a creative solution to BMW’s sealed transmissions. I’ll definitely be back!

I don't know why, but I still am surprised by how great this company is. They give what seems to be a fair price (definitely less than the dealer service), and will talk to you about options and best route to go even if that does not result in business for them. For instance, the owner Scott spoke with me for about 15 minutes about the oil consumption issue in my X5 (E70), and whether or not it is worth replacing the engine at part of the cost (which is not business for him). Thanks Autowerks for being a place I can take my BMW's for service without the frustration that the other place in town causes!
