Carrot Express, Miami Beach FL

I like this place but it doesn't stand out to me anymore. I like the food and the wraps. Sometimes it can be a hit or miss but it usually does the job. I typically get the liv or fire wraps and those are always good. The fire I get with tuna salad and had of it fills you up a lot. Another item I used to get was the açaí but as I found a better place I havent been going as much it's still good though. The service is not bad. I would rate 7/10.

Clients requested Carrott Express- so ordered catering. The food was so fresh, very high quality. Everyone in attendance was very happy. As was I- ordered a Mexicana Salad- perfect!

Serious health and Sanitation concerns. Visited this location today (Wednesday) for lunch and both of the staff members preparing food in the kitchen were coughing all over the salads. Several times. As soon as I saw this, it became clear that this place was not taking health seriously for food preparation… scary.

Healthy food is only for the rich here. No respect for the dollar. It cost me $30 for just my lunch. 1 person. Very sad. Caca place. Taking my business elsewhere. Caca.

Not sure what’s happening at this location but food is terrible, not fresh, smoothies watery, house dressing disgusting. I order at multiple locations but this one has significantly dropped in quality and execution.

Second time in the row got food poisoning symptoms. I understand this is a very serious allegation but it’s the second time in less than two months. NEVER AGAIN! Get your stuff together.

The poke bowl was good except for the fact it was $22 and I had to wait 25 minutes for a to go order. I will be going to the poke shop across the street next time.

It’s a nice cafe with healthy options. The green dream is really good and also the salads and sandwiches are very fresh and filling. I really enjoy coming here.

I won’t be going here again. I really like carrot express but the lady that checks the order/food has 0% respect for colleagues and customers

I live in midtown, love the food and service of the carrot express there. Unfortunately the service in Miami Beach was A LOT SLOWER, 40 minutes I waited for my food, I understand it is a Sunday and that a member of the team did not come In, but this should have been communicated before ordering. Alejandra shouted at us when we complained, we request an explanation for this behaviour. Extremely unprofessional and unpleasant experience.

The food is good mostly IF you get what you ordered which is often NOT the case. I ordered the chicken with sweet potato instead of the rice and got chicken with rice so I ended up eating a piece of chicken as I cannot eat the rice. Yes I got a refund for the sweet potato BUT I was charged for the rice which I did NOT order. It is not the first time I order from the South Beach location and I get the wrong order which is so frustrating when you end up also paying over $40 for an entree, a coconut water and a chocolate chip cookie. Meh.

WORST SERVICE I’VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. Today we waited 40 mins for our food and when we went to ask politely For it and of course starving, ALEJANDRA (Argentinian) the lady preparing the food simply said I could cancel the order if I wanted to, that she couldn’t care less.

Her entitled and annoying attitude is the worse thing ever happened to carrot express. She even dare to say that I couldn’t come back to the same location and that they were not going to sell me more food anymore. LOL

It’s very sad to see carrot express damage its reputation by doing poorly choices when hiring their employees. Good service and rewarding attitude has always been a highlight in US businesses and this lady didn’t even dare to apologize for the long wait, her attitude since the beggining was rude and disrespectful. Carrot express shouldn’t have this type of employees.

I got food poisoning from this place, I ate a chicken avocado toast in the evening. Spent all night with fever, nausea and vomiting. And I wasn’t refunded either. Worst experience so far eating out in Miami Beach.
