I wanted an orange and CARROT juice.they didn’t have any carrots… it is called CARROT EXPRESS. Send somebody to the supermarket to pick up some carrots! You can’t be named carrot express… and not have carrots.

I really don’t know what happens with this location but every time I go there something doesn’t taste the same or don’t get the right thing. Compared with the location in aventura mall wich is the best location for me.

Rice bowl with no rice and minimum chicken pieces for that price. Come on!

Staff need better training. Seems like every time I go in just to get a juice I need about a half hour. Staff walk around like they’re all lost and seeing the place for the first time.

This by far is the worst carrot express ever the crew here is always using the phone! Just dont pay attention what you said! Its like whatever they are talking in their phones is more important than work! I just came here like couple of times and always the same! Never come back

Highly recommend this place and outstanding customer service. I wish you get as luck as me and be helped by Roro, outstanding service. Overall very clean, very nice crew and friendly.

Today I decided to visit this place which I loved. Its food is very good. On the recommendation of the manager, I ordered a seared tuna, which came out for the first time today. It was a great start.its unique flavor you must try it

Great attention by a young, beautiful and handsome guy named Jason, the service received was just amazing and had the experience to drink one of the best smoothies ever (Julies smoothie) also made by Jason. I truly recommend and encourage everyone to go and have Jason prepare their smoothies because they will not regret it. The place was clean and a great atmosphere to study or go spend time with your friends and family.

Ordered a chocolate chip walnut cookie and asked for it to be toasted/warmed up in the oven/toaster, not microwaved. Was told yes, no problem, it can be done & and I got it about 15 minutes later cold. Unacceptable. Had to tell a different worker there to do me the favor & put it in the oven for me so he can serve it to me hot like I wanted & asked for from the beginning.

The food is good, but too bad the attitude of the guy working there. He was as if he did not want to be there. He literally had a face as if he hated working there and had to answer questions about the menu unwillingly. His attitude alone is reason enough not to come back. Sunday Sept. 17 @ 4 pm. (White guy with light eyes).

I ordered food for delivery via the Carrot Express app and my email confirmation said the food would be ready for delivery in 40 minutes but I did not receive a link to track my order’s progress or delivery status. I made multiple attempts to reach the location via phone which were unsuccessful. It has now been an hour and 40 minutes and my order never arrived.

I use to love carrot but sadly quality decreased big time! Terrible presentation and melted smoothie.
Bad avocado. Before I put this I was trying to contact them over the phone. No one picks up.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews and I love Carrot Express but this is my SECOND time getting bad quality//moldy food from this location! It’s unacceptable. The first time a couple of months back my carrot cake was covered in mold and when I went to show the manager she was rude and unhelpful - I haven’t been back since until today. I work nearby and was super hungry so I decided to give them a second chance and got a Liv wrap which usually is my go-to and a safe option. Came home to eat it and was confused upon opening it as to what the brown ingredient inside was until I realized it’s moldy avocado. Instantly threw away the whole meal. Please do better Carrot Express! You are going to get people really sick selling moldy food! Photos attached of my liv wrap today and photos of the moldy carrot cake from last month.

Very nice place. Staff was very welcoming, it’s super quiet, mostly people come in and out to pick up food, lots of space to eat inside and out, place is kept clean, food was great! We had a carrot cake very fresh, the turkey burger with sweet potato fries and the chicken sandwich with a salad. Everything was delicious healthy and very fresh! Will come back again if we’re in this area for sure. Parking is enough and free, entire plaza plus some in the back.

It was my first time here and Carrot Express did not disappoint. The Pesto Chicken power bowl was extremely tasty. The Freshly Squeezed Carrot and Orange Juice was great! My friend who is vegetarian had a great meal also. I was highly impressed and will return in the near future.

I used Uber to order their Poke Bowl, Pesto Chicken, and Pitaya Colada drink.

The Poke Bowl has a stunning presentation. You could tell that the salmon was fresh because of how delicious the rice, vegetables, and sauces were. The issue I came across was that they only gave me small portions of salmon, and the app charges $5.00 for "extra. " I think that's a little too expensive.

The Pesto Chicken was what my mother ordered. Like mine, there was plenty of rice and vegetables, but there wasn't much chicken left.

The Pitaya Colada drink was also a little strange. I am unable to adequately describe the taste and flavor since it’s confusing. I couldn’t taste the coconut or pineapple juice, but it may vary depending on the person who orders it.

I paid roughly $42 for the item, and I left an Uber tip of $10. So even though the menus are healthy & delicious, ordering from here is expensive, especially considering how little meat is provided.

I just came to the new bigger place and is so disappointed. I paid almost 50 bucks for two salads and a sweet potato. Basically just LETTUCE. And not a filled bowl. Bring back the old Staff! They were so friendly. Also tye ingredients in the salad were plentiful worth the money. And honestly this place doesn't look to clean in the back. Never again. Used to go the the smaller place all the time. And I just found a bug in my salad.

Awesome service and the best healthy “fast food”. I come her for lunch at least 3 times a week.

Very good food and staff. Good place to relax and communicate casually with outside and inside seating.

A great choice for vegans because there are numerous options. The location was neat, clean, and airy; happily the windowsills were full of live snake plants. The food is served in an attractive manner and is really flavorful. An overall very positive experience.
