Grateful to Jimmy for working with me to find the right and perfect SUV! I came and originally looked around the lot.test drove some cars. I had been used to driving a medium sized SUV so the sedans didnt feel right. I was getting pretty down and frustrated when alas - a 2011 Ford Edge was on the lot! It wasnt quite ready for sale but I drove it and it had all the features I wanted! Jimmy sent the vehicle down to be rehabbed and we finished the paperwork, which was easy peasy. Not a lot of forms and complications. I came and picked up my Edge the next day.well, they probably hurried a little because the check engine light came on. Even though all of their cars come with a warranty - Jimmy arranged for me to have it fixed at no charge to me at their shop. Just a sensor! I am so happy with my purchase and so grateful for Cars and Credit. Thank you to all who helped us!

Was kinda skeptical about the buy here pay here lots. Had spoke with a few dealerships in the area told them my situation as far as credit, down payment and finances. I would be told "oh yeah we can totally work with you until I made the trip with public transit which anyone whose taken the bus in Jacksonville knows is an hour or better, just to be given the run around once I arrived. Totally the opposite here. Spoke with Jimmy before I ever went told him my situation and he assured me he could work with me and he was a man of his word. Was upfront about everything as far as payments, helped with some gas before I drove off. 2 weeks after purchase my alternator went out, No BS, They sent me straight to mechanic and had it fixed at no charge. Truly what used car lots should strive to follow. TY Jimmy and all

There good i finance through them now anything that goes wrong with my car they fix as long as its under my warranty and if its not they will work with you on getting it fixed only thing is they charge almost 4xs as much as your car is worth you might have a car worth only 4000 but they will charge you 15000 which is crazy but they are pretty good though ask for Michael

Edit: they were horrible my engine went out an they still tried to make me pay for the car I sent it back

Gotta Car through these people. 6 days later i get into a accident. My tires LITERALLY had no traction. They just take advantage of people with bad credit. Don't come here. Im carless after paying them twice last week.

I bought a 2004 Dodge Ram from them on 7/1/20. Then on 7/3/20. I was driving home in the rain when I put on the brake the rear locked up. The truck started bouncing and I heard a loud pop from under hood the steering knuckle broke and the steering wheel just spun in my hand causing me to get hit by an 18 wheeler. Manager would not stand by the truck.stand0

Pete is very kind and patient sales guy. Although I’m still a bit skeptical about the car, I am praying it’s a quality car. I did have a minor issue with the passenger window not rolling up but the repair people were friendly about it.
