I took my Buick 2015 in with a lot of problems. Andy and Everyone there gave me great advice and guidance from the start. Best auto repair service I've found since moving here. Honest reasonably priced repairs provided by experienced and knowledgeable professionals. If it's not broke they won't fix it. Have saved me hundreds of dollars over the last 4 years. Talk either to Anon or Andy. 11/28/23 UPDATE. Still best place to go by far. Had flat tire out of town and was "convinced" that both front tires were unsafe and needed replaced. Vibration driving home was because it needed aligned according to the seller. Called Andy and Anon to schedule the alignment. They showed me where the "new" tires were used and not even the right size. Replaced the tires, did the alignment, and threw in a free oil change since the new tires were late being delivered
(not their fault). Even provided me a free Uber to home and back so I didn't have to sit around. Can't say enough about their honesty and integrity in an industry that's rife with scams and dishonesty. In my opinion you're in good hands with these guys.

I’ve been to Cars Unlimited Auto Repair four times now, the last time being today for a desperately needed brake job for my Nissan Rogue. The owner showed me exactly where the problem was and explained what caused it, and pointed out a few other things that needed attention. He let me know what could wait and what was a more immediate concern. I never felt that I was being pushed to authorize anything that I didn’t really need. The work was done right and the price was very reasonable. They even gave me a ride to a local place for lunch since they had a longer than usual wait for a less common part, a bit of customer service that was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend them.

These guys are great! Even with staffing issues, they were committed to taking care of me and making sure I was road safe and all issues addressed.

I had brake issues late on a very hectic Friday.
I called Andy after 4pm they got me in and done before 6 pm.

Reliable mechanic who actually cares. My Ford Fusion 2016 had a transmission leak. Very rarely do I review, my name is Brooke, and this man did a hell of a job. He worked with my warrenty company from Carmax and replaced my transmission along with a whole lotto other things. I'm glad he isn't too far from home. (:

Andy went out of his way to make sure my rig is running good diagnosed some things while fixing others transaction was smooth. Highly recommended!
