Overall customer service by manager Orlando was good but quality of repair was below the standard I expected. Repair not properly completed on first visit to Carstar. I had to return for a 2nd visit due to a new part paid for, not being replaced as expected. Better quality control and training of repair technicians needed.

Top of the line work as always. Orlando was great and kept me informed during the entire process.

I've had work done at this body shop and the work has always been excellent. No complaints. Great work. They keep you up to date with the status of the repairs and get the repair work done fairly quick.

Repaired scraches, excellent job — but they created a problem with the passanger seat belt — cannot use the passenger side of my wifes car

So the service was poorly done because I'm the custodian of the vehicle and not the owner?

We went to see a vehicle they were selling and they never showed up for the appointment. We drive 1.5 hours to get there. Very unprofessional.

Horrible service! Amateurs! They took almost a month to complete a supposedly 5 days job. My car left with more problems than when I dropped it off. The manager Orlando is rude, and really doesn't care about their clients. We will never be back.

The entire team was super helpful, accommodating, and communicative. They made the experience painless as I had to wait a month for my vehicle to be repaired. I'd use them again and highly recommend this location's team that was lead by Orlando.

Amazing company they fixed the damage very quick and cant even tell it was fixed its so perfect.

The work they actually performed was great. Although, communication was far from acceptable. Also, my vehicle barely made it to the gas station after I picked the car up. I would have appreciated at least a gallon, because my car had over half a tank when I wrecked. Although, as Orlando pointed out, it is not their responsibility to put gas in the vehicle.
