I highly recommend this shop. I was referred here by my insurance company. They are top notch. Not only did they do a great job on my car but the customer care is excellent. They gave me a ride to pick up my rental. When I came to pick up my care it was cleaned inside and out. Thank you guys for the awesome experience.

I received a tow I believe he said his name was Allen. Top tier service. You could just tell he was just happy with life itself. Red haired young man very cheerful I just got out of the hospital less than an hour before I broke down and was tired hungry and fustrated he came on the seen got my car on his truck and to my house with no problem within minutes and was just so cheerful and happy. This was my first time getting into an auto accident, and even when my insurance was extremely unhelpful Benjamin worked with me and i was able to pick up my vehicle in a super timely manner. The damage isn’t noticeable at all anymore and they even cleaned my entire car inside and out! I can’t recommend this company enough for any auto damage and repair.

I am so grateful for the people who wrote reviews previously. I was suspicious of the rating, until I got an estimate and then shopped at other body shops. They not only had the best price compared to two other local shops, they also did the most thorough inspection/evaluation and explained all my options regarding parts and pricing. No surprise charges. They walked me through the insurance claims option and truly took care of everything from repair to paperwork. Excellent honest people. My car looks brand new. Thank you!

Everyone at the shop was very helpful. They took the car in for an estimate very quickly and finished the work on time. I am very pleased.

I took my Honda in on a Saturday morning for a estimate on damage from recently being rear ended. The quite was prepared and I took it back the following Tuesday to leave for repairs. My car was finished Tuesday and Ben the estimator told me I could leave my rental and it would be picked up. I had the remnants of a magnet on the back of my car and it was removed and cleaned for me as well. I was kept in touch as to how the repairs were going and it was even finished earlier. I would definitely recommend this business, but I hope I don't need to use their services in the future!

Ben and Q-Collision did a great job in picking up our car that broke down today. He communicated promptly and kept me in the loop and got our car to our dealer which was over 60 miles. He texted when picking up and dropping off with pictures. Great service.
