(I’m not originally from Florida, but the 1st thing I noticed when I moved here is good HELP is very very hard to find in all aspects of life) I wish I can give them zero stars but I can’t. If you want your car to not properly get fixed, if you want your car to look worse than before, if you want people to dirty up the inside of your car (DISRESEPCTFUL) & to use your car for personal use/running errands, if you want employees to drive your car like a Ferrari or NASCAR, if you want your car to end up with broken parts & broken fixtures, if you want to deal with an owner that is missing brain cells, overworked, stressed, constantly lying and chain-smokes cigarettes, if you want some illegals to work on your car, if you want to be inconvenienced, this is the place for you. This place is overbooked and understaffed. Imagine crackheads or meth heads with jobs.
My car had a rear quarter panel fixed BUT my armrest (very expensive to replace) my door sill, & a portion of my trunk all got NEW damage. Somebody got white paint on my steering wheel, white spray paint on my left dashboard. Unfortunately the paint dried so those spots are permanent. Sloppy. So whatever you need done, they will fix it and probably give you new problems. They have horrible quality of employees, pretty sure most of them is illegal, the only two good employees are coincidentally the 2 black guys. The Chicos there are out of control. They use people cars for personal use. That was confirmed by two other people who have cars there. I just realize one time one of the employees who is missing teeth had to drop me off somewhere and he did tell me he was using a customers car. No Bueno. All cars built in the last 10 years require high quality & high standard of expertise and professionalism, and they literally have people working on cars that is better off working in McDonald’s. Google says the business is temporarily closed, they’re not temporarily closed. They are just so overbooked, horrible, trash, and understaffed that their karma probably caused that remark. Also, it seems all of the 4star & 5star reviews for this business was from many many many years ago. I have photos, Screenshots, and text to prove everything I just said.
