Carter Vacation Rentals, Indian Rocks Beach FL

Booked a vacation home with them through Vrbo 3-4 months back has been paid in full sense first payment was made. Still have yet to receive one email on how to get access to the house an address or any type of information. For about a month now I have been calling the only number I see to try and get ahold of them. Someone takes my name and phone number to send an email over to the manager at the office is what I’m told. Whole month and still no phone call. On top of all of that. With the hurricane getting close and probably going to hit Tampa pretty hard I’m staying in Indian shores very close to each other. I have tried reaching out several more times the past 2 days trying to cancel sense I can’t even get ahold of anyone for information on the house upon arrival in 2 weeks just wanted to try and get my money back to book some place else. Very sad and horrible experience with this company never have had an experience quite this horrible.

My weekend stay at this beach house was an absolute dream! The location couldn't be more perfect - just steps away from the ocean. Waking up to the sound of waves crashing and enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony with a stunning view was pure bliss. The house itself was cozy, clean, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The beach was beautiful and I loved taking long walks and watching the sunset. The host Bruce was friendly and accommodating, making the whole experience even better. I can't wait to return for another relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this beach house for anyone seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating escape by the sea!

The condo's location couldn't have been better. Nestled in the heart of Indian Shores, providing a sense of tranquility and relaxation.

The condo was cozy and with welcoming vibe. The two bedrooms were spacious and thoughtfully furnished, providing comfortable beds. The living area and the balcony was beautifully arranged, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of beach activities.
The property management team was attentive and responsive. I look forward to go there again. Thanks!

We just had a wonderful weekend at Joyce's BeachHouse in Indian Shores. The unit was clean and large, albeit quite dated with old cabinets, flooring and the showers. That is a minor thing, however, compared to the beautiful scenery we see out the back patio! It was a short walk (literally under 200 feet) to the water, and very private. Saturday afternoon in July and there were only 4 people on the beach. There's only 3 units here, and it was all very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely stay here again, and this is now one of our favorite spots. Thank you for the experience and we will see you again!

This was our 2nd year staying at an apartment with Carter Vacation Rentals. Such an adorable place right next to the beautiful sugar sand beaches and mouthwatering local restaurants. We will definitely be coming here again! There is a grill, beach towels, coolers, and laundry on site for guests. The owner is very nice and makes sure the guests are taken care of!
