Carter's is serving up some of the best BBQ around! We got ribs and chopped pork sandwich. SO GOOD and you get a lot! Tea was sweet and the guy at the window was a cool dude! We will be back for sure!

Thank you Carter's BBQ for catering my Dad's Repass. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food. The yellow rice was delicious, as well as the green beans! The baked chicken and the fish were both tender, moist, and flavorful! Let's not forget your signature sauces! Several of my family member will be purchasing more.

Visiting from Texas and lived in the area 10 years ago, the food is good but the lady that provided service had a bad attitude.

My family would tell me about how good their food is, and the food is truly amazing!
But the lady taking our order at the window had a very nasty attitude and seemed very mad, terrible customer service probably wouldn’t go again until staff has some changes

Great place For Ribs and BBQ, Home Cooked Food. Passing by here constantly and I will stop all the time to grab something from Carters. Best Place

One of my favorites for barbque. My husband loves the fried catfish. Just FYI the fish breading is cornmeal and since my hubby is on a no salt diet we always ask for no seasoning on the fish. Now I don't live in Mulberry, in fact it's a 40 minute drive (50 minutes if the trains catch me). But this place is absolutely worth the drive. With good barbque, excellent fried catfish, awesome corn fritters, sweet cornbread and the best dang collards around. The drive is well worth it. Love the fact I can call up order it up and pull through the drive through for pick up

Awesome food! Highly recommended the oxtail! And while you are there puck up some world famous bbq sauce! Awesome people

Carter’s BBQ has such a diverse menu that everyone can find something they want. Recently enjoy a plate of pasta at a catered event by Carter’s and it was great. Spaghetti with meatballs and sausage and chicken alfredo.

Stopped in to get lunch. Didn’t see what I wanted on the menu so I asked if they could make something like that for me and man did they ever. Customer service and food was amazing 10/10.

I had a chopped beef basket. Succulent, moist, flavorful, not over drowned in sauce where as you can actually taste the meat and the sauce is as supposed to be, just an accent. They seem to be holding weight, the Carter's. I told him next time I'm gonna get the ox tails. That will really show their culinary prowess. I'm telling you though, these cats got something in the bag! Tell them Tyger sent you.

Been going there since I was a teenager the food is awesome I tell my friends about it. The best ribs in the area everything is great and deliscious.

I just threw up my whole plate of turkey wings. Worst experience ever.

1. The customer service is not friendly. Whoever the bald-fade dude (30's/40's) does not need a job. His attitude is the worst. I understand it may be hot in a small place, and/or he might be frustrated because this may be his only source of income. (which I can tell by his haircut) but doesn't give a right to have an attitude.

2. The food was so bland. No season. And taste like it's been microwaved. Could be the reason why they make you wait so long even though there is no wait line or rush. I literally threw up all my food. The wings was not thoroughly cooked. I wasted $16/$17 dollars for something I just knew was going to be good.

3. Owner- please hire some customer friendly employees. I understand this maybe a family business and you may be pro black, but you can't put everyone in your establishment that ain't trying to change or attract customers. Please bring some positive employees who want to make Carter's a better restaurant.

Got the baked chicken plate over rice with gravy, with yellow squash and Mac n cheese. Absolutely bangin! Will definitely be going back.

We used to frequent this place about 2-3 times a month. That was as of yesterday. The sign out by road read… Chicken dinners $10.99. I ordered two chicken dinners (all white) and a rib tip dinner. I understand the all white option is going to cost a little more. No drinks or extras were ordered and I was charged $52! Got home, opened the first box and the first thing I see is a chicken leg still connected to a cut off thigh (hence dark meat). Opened the second box and same thing. The best I can figure, I HAD to be charged extra for the white meat, that I did not get, either time! Never again! The “yellow squash” had green squash, or something green in it. Using a cheaper version as a filler. The Mac and cheese was very dry and obviously days old. AND they seem to have gotten very stingy with their bbq sauce. Not happy at all, for the money I had just paid for this food. Never again. Tootalou Carter’s

That was probably the best pulled pork sandwich I’ve ever had. No kidding. Nice and hot, superb BBQ sauce along with great tasting coleslaw and hot FF. Thank you fellas, I shall return.

So this is an unfortunate review to leave cause the food was actually quite good for the price and the quantity of fries with the sandwiches, BUT for the love of god whoever is working that windows gots to go lol told her was my first time here she basically rolled her eyes and said tell me what ya want when you know and walked off didn't offer suggestions or if i had any questions just walked off rude like let that go asked her a few questions about the menu and she sound very inconvenienced by any thing i wanted to ask didnt know what the one of the products were i was asking about just a very rude and worst customer service experiences ever i pray to god she isnt one of the owners cause OOF if she is CRAZINESS, FIRST IMPRESSIONS are everything especially the food service industry i know been in it WHEN will they learn tired of company's acting like they dont need us will never go back SAD DAYS i support small local but not like that new to mulberry and was trying to find something besides mcds and hardees guess im driving to lakeland here on out
