Carter's Towing, Ocala FL

This business seems not to be doing well because they're making up charges and adding "administrative fees" and all kinds of creative additions to the bill to inflate the charges. Horrible and rude; have several times requested dubious information just to extend the length so they can charge more storage fees. Would steer away from them if possible.

Matt came out to my residence and getting our Jeep stuck in the front yard. He professionally addressed and odd situated and promptly and safely pulled the Jeep out with no damage to property. Highly recommended! They were dispatched off a State Farm ERS claim.

Matt was amazing and was super skillful in getting my vehicle out of my garage and onto the flatbed. Prompt, courteous and and awesome. He was a huge help in getting my vehicle to the dealership for repair.

I was traveling from Daytona to Gainesville and had some car trouble. I ended up having to leave my car in Ocala/ Silver Springs over night. When I went to look for towing companies, Carter’s was highly rated. I called and inquired about rates and pricing. Everyone were really nice and kind to me. Of course, I looked at the reviews and seen Matt was rated highly reviewed. Once I decided to use Carter’s services, I got a call from Matt. He was prompt getting to me and dropping my car off. He was very kind and made my father and I laugh. Very friendly guy. I’ve always been a little apprehensive about using certain tow companies, but I can honestly say if I ever get stuck in a situation and I need a tow company, CARTER’s will be my first choice. I had Tim. Absolutely amazing. I don't leave reviews but if u acknowledge my kids, I'll take the time to do this. Tim let my son help load My truck. He was so shocked.
