Our association golf cart's brake would not lock into place. I had the cart picked up and delivered to the shop and I thought the brake was fixed. Upon the carts return, the brake worked, but now I couldn't get it into the lock position.

I assumed it was just to tight and it would loosen up which it did not. Over a $300.00 charge and the brake didn't work properly.

Sent an email asking if the batteries they replaced 3.5 years for me ago might still be under warranty and if they took trade ins on carts. Received a battery replacement estimate from one email address and a separate response from a different email address saying that no lead acid batteries are covered for more than two years (which of course car batteries are). The anonymous source from Carts MD let me know that I was wrong to question their response and that my separate question about trading in my golf cart was something that could we should 'chat about later'.
Business must be good there to imply to a potential repeat / future customer that they're out of line for asking basic questions.

I called last night with a charger problem, dropped It off this morning and it’s already fixed and reasonably priced.
Will definitely use them in the future!

Had new tires put on my 2016 Club Cart. Mike gave me a price over the phone for the high end tires, not rims. $816.00+tax total. They picked up the cart and delivered it back detailed and looking good! The surprise was a delivery fee of $90 and an extra charge of $50 for an unanticipated hard time changing the tires. Being a former business owner surprises are not good for a customer. Other than the surprise charges, everything was good!

Amazing and totally legit! I just took a ride in my cart and can't believe how wonderful it was. Yes people, a lithium battery does make a difference. It drives like a new cart! I owe Mike and his crew a huge thank you. Mike met with us 1/2 an hour before closing. He answered all our questions and didn't rush us. We followed up with several phone calls all with the "boss". In today's world its difficult to find an honest, knowledgeable salesman you can trust. Trust Mike, he won't steer you wrong.

Very responsive and great communication! Confident that my cart is returning in excellent shape and safe enough for my 12 yr old nephews to ride around! The delivery and return service is practical and reasonably priced!

Their web site say they will check your charger for free. However when I arrived at there shop they asked if the cart was involved in Ian and stated they would not check to see if the charger was working, that they would need to have the cart and it would be $6,000 - 8,000.
