Caruso Eye Care, Lake Worth Beach FL

First time and everyone was super nice and welcoming. I liked that even though it was kind of busy, the opticians at the front were quick to greet us. The tech was really sweet too, I’m deaf and read lips and she was so nice to lower her mask for me. The eye doc was cool too. I don’t think he’s met a deaf person before so he was a little standoffish but he was patient enough.
All in all, great place.

Jeff and Rachel at the front were so friendly and helpful. The entire staff was following COVID precautions and I felt safe in their store. I went in with an appointment for contact fitting and new frames with lenses, they had awesome deals saving me quite a bit of money. Great place, awesome doctor. 5 stars all the way!

Drove 45 mins out of the way just to visit Dr. Caruso. She is polite and very helpful. The entire staff is friendly and explains everything as much as possible. Saved a lot of money on my glasses. I highly recommend.

Everyone here was wonderful! They were very busy but took time with everyone and my appointment ran right on schedule. The ladies there were so helpful, I'm very indecisive and their advice helped me make a quick choice for glasses.something I never would have picked but absolutely love! I highly recommend them!

Dr. Caruso is wonderful. Our whole family is in her practice. She really knows her stuff and we are always well taken care off.

Had issues with my online appointment not going through, showed up for my exam and everyone was incredibly helpful and attentive. They were able to squeeze me in despite their packed day and were very friendly the whole time. Will definitely be going back to them!

Dr. Bender is nice enough. The nurse that performed the eye testing prior to the doctor was nice and polite. The staff in the front that sold the lenses were absolute vultures. Lucas was friendly and nice enough, but the other man lied and misled me to believe I had no options but to purchase the $100 out of pocket lens option. I went online with my prescription and got the basic lens package with an out of pocket cost of $18. I’m not sure if they work on commission but they lie to make a quick buck. NOT GOOD. DISHONESTY isn’t necessary.

Dr Caruso and her staff are always so friendly and helpful! They saved me so much money on my contacts! I will continue to go to her for all my eye care needs and refer her to all my friends and family!

Today was my first eye exam at Caruso Eye Care. I would recommend this eye center to everyone. Dr. Caruso and her staff were all so wonderful and I feel very pleased to have found a great eye Doctor.

Dr. Caruso and her staff Jennifer, Victoria, Lucas, and Jeff are absolutely amazing. They are very friendly, respectful, and helpful. I was greeted and seen in under five minutes. Dr. Crusoe is lovely and helpful. She takes the time to listen to what’s going on and provide you with just what you need. You can tell there are genuinely concerned. I will go back and I’m happy to have found a great new optometrist

Unfortunately I did not have the great experience that everyone else had. I felt extremely rushed, my contacts were all wrong and was left buying contacts that weren’t comfortable to me. I felt that this is how they were supposed to feel and that was that. I wish I had the experience that everyone else had and didn’t waste money on a year supply of contacts that are the wrong prescription. I found this out by finding a new doctor that spent almost 2 hours with me figuring out what was comfortable & what I needed.

The Caruso Eye Care personnel are excellent at what they do, very efficient and respectful. It is a pleasure to use their services, whether for an eye exam or in purchasing new frames.

Everyone involved was helpful, courteous and professional. And I would highly recommend Dr. Caruso and staff.

Dr. Caruso was very thorough in her eye exam. She is a very competent optometrist. She is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable during the eye exam.
