Good carvel but staff never smiles. It's a problem for them to give you a spoon. ALWAYS DIRTY. OVERFLOWING TRASH CANS. Trash and spilled ice cream all over the side walks.

All the tables were very dirty and the floor there was very dirty and nobody in there except us, it wasn't busy so I think they should have cleaned a little Also the ice cream was even dirty, meaning there was some vanilla ice cream that fell into the chocolate. All the ice cream had a layer of ice on top also. The whole experience was awful. I do not think I will go back.

Recent store Price increase on ice cream and toppings is crazy and lack of ice cream compared to photo of what it should be above the machines. I paid 6.93 for a medium soft chocolate cup with peanuts

This is ridiculous. The lady who works there brought tables and chairs in at 9: 15PM. I have a 2year old and a 5year old and we got to sit on a dirty ledge that’s no part of their facility. There was an elder couple also noting how that is not great customer service and the lady kicked them out. What is happening to customer service. I love your ice cream but I will no longer give my service here unless customer service improves and until you decide to leave chairs and tables out for guest to sit on until closing time. I feel very unwelcomed. There is a homemade ice cream place down the street called Lilys ice cream and they treat their guest like king and queens. Even with homemade ice cream cones. Last time they served it warm. Delish. This amount of money for this service never again. She even dropped my kids ice cream in the sprinkles. What if someone had an allergy. This is not ok!

Brown haired girl working with a big attitude. This is a fun place to go. Everyone happy and excited. Then your brought down by a child that is mad to be there working. Thax alot.

This was the worst carvel we’ve ever been to. There was a line of people which was shocking considering how poor everything was. Customer service was horrible. Told the girl no less then 10 times what I wanted. She screwed up and when I asked her to fix it, she was nasty about it. THE WORST PART is the soft serve was not good. I can’t tell if it was watered didn’t with milk to stretch the batch, of something with the machines, but it was gross. Literally made us sick. Stay away and find another location ANY OTHER LOCATION

I liked it, even though it lacks a little better view. Put the trash can a little further from the tables, give more life to the outside. I would go again, but be more careful with some flavors of ice cream, they were melted.

First time in a Carvel. Ice cream seemed delicious. The girls were nice. Not sure if one was new, but. The ice creams I ordered had Oreos in them. I noticed she was putting a WHOLE LOT of Oreos. Just piling up an Oreo mountain on both ice creams to the point that both ice creams had so much Oreos that I couldn't taste the ice cream. It actually made me nauseous. Not sure if that's how that ice cream is or if she was new and didn't know what she was doing. But it was just way too much Oreos. Would I come back? Yes most likely because they were nice. But I will definitely let them know to chill with the topping mountains next time I go.

Went to this location last night and there was a long line with 2 girls working slower than molasses. Walked out and tried tonite again. No one was in there but the two girls had their backs turned toward me and my husband without saying a word like we will be right with you, 5 seconds later one of them asked what we would like. She took care of us but we were upset that we were ignored for too long as far as i am concerned. Whoever the owner is he needs to have the girls trained properly.

Carvel crunchies make the world a better place. This location has a freezer for cakes. There are soft serve classics and hand scooped ice cream. There is an additional freezer with take-home options; ice cream sandwiches, individual pieces of cake, and so on. There is very limited seating, but that makes sense for a small ice cream shop.
