Casa Del Marisco reviews
13The best food we had for years thanks to the waitress she was real nice and helped us to selected the best plate!
The plate Mar y Tierra was delicious, the soup was great too. I tried an Ecuadorian beer very tasty. The service was great and the owner so gentile. I recommend this place and I’ll come back soon. Thank you so much.
The place could look better but the food was amazing! My husband and I really loved the bandera and arroz marinero! Las Empanadas y ají riquísimo! Lo recomiendo como un almuerzo bien informal para comer rico rico
Visiting from NY- we missed food from home and decided to try this restaurant. I’m glad we found this place. Food was very good and served fast. The staff were great and very attentive. Highly recommend this place.
Honestly.one of the biggest disappointments in my life. I expected something decent but I can’t even give them that. We got carne asada and encebollado and the meat was just disgusting. No flavor at all. All fat and barely any actual meat. The rice and beans was ok. The encebollado was just ok. I think the prices they charge for the amount do food you get and quality food you get is too high. I wouldn’t recommend this place even if it was free. The people working there (I think they were the owners) were nice. But we will not return again. I drove an hour to eat here because the reviews seemed like it was a good spot. But idk how they have the reviews they do. Maybe I just went on a bad day not sure but it was a waste of time and money
The Bolon de queso wasn’t that good
Presentation was bad
The seco de chivo with rice was to salty and oily. The portion was good that’s about it.
This place doesn’t have that many Ecuadorian dishes.
They need to clean this place up. They’re the only Ecuadorian spot in S Orlando
If they fix it up and go to another location they be booming
Very bad experience. Waited over 2 hours and when the food arrive it was cold. The owner of the restaurant does not care. We stil got charged for the food even after we cancel the orders.
The place do not look good outside. Inside was great. Nice atmosphere, cooling well, no smalls, and clean bathrooms.
Our waiter explained everything calmly and was able to accommodated our orden to our desire.
Red snapper was delicious and the salsa to go with it was excellent. This is definitely worth to taste and go back to for Ecuadorian food. We had a large group and tasted various dishes and they were all delicious.
Definitely a place you should go to. A bit hard to find, but the menu is diverse and flavors, great. The only place in the USA where I’ve been able to find black clam ceviche! Awesome!
Ordered My food to be picked up there when site dates that they close at 7 pm. I went to pick up my order and the door was locked I knocked on the window and someone came to the door and told me that I have no order told me he was going to call the Cops I told him please call them you have my food or my money. He closed the door on me. I need my money Back ASAP
We were very excited to try Peruvian food since we haven't had it before. We Uber Eat ordered the meal, and it was delivered in about 45 minutes. We ordered the following items:
Jalea Mixta - a seafood mixture of fish, mussel, squid, octopus and shrimp fried in lightly seasoned batter. Served with fried cassava and salsa criolla.
Chaufa de Mariscos - Peruvian style stir fired rice with mixed seafood.
Arroz Marinero - Paella rice served with different types of seafood. Served with sweet plantains.
Overall the food was well seasoned and nicely prepared. If we had the option, I would have prefered to eat at the restaurant - ordering fried seafood can get mushy if you order delivery like we did.
All the dishes tasted very similar, there was no real difference in between them. I think its all the same seasonings and ingredients presented slightly different. I would recommend the Arroz Marinero to try.
Food was ok and the restaurant seemed clean, food portions were small and overpriced. We ordered some Ecuadorian juices and sodas besides the food, then I asked the waiter to give me a cup of water and instead he wanted to give me a bottle of water for 4$, usually cups of water in restaurants are free!
