Highly highly recommend never ever ever setting foot and or living in this god-awfully ran condominium. Privacy does not exist, and the association is ran by two of the worst human beings in the planet. Do you like the police called on you for no apparent reason whatsoever? Do you like walk outside of your condo to see the same two people walking around in circles on a consistent basis doing nothing for the property? (association) do you like having neighbors that stomp 24 seven and can hear every single footstep? DO YOU like just living in plain misery? Look no further!

I rented in Casa Granada for about 5 years. Worse place ever!
You would wonder why I stayed so long, well, bad financial situation during the Pandemia. This place has little or no insulation at all, so there's no way to have peace and rest if you have a neighbor who plays TV as loud as at the movies. I had neighbors who would turn the TV on as early as 5am until after midnight. Manager Erika & Vise-manager Victor don't care at all. They don't want to deal with complaints and/or needs from tenants. Basically people don't respect rules, you could either say, yeah that's the kind of place I want or be miserable like I was during my 5 years at Casa Granada, Palmetto Bay, FL. Now, finally I'm able to move out to a much better place thanks Heavens! I just want to warn those who are respectful people and are in need of a quiet place where to enjoy a peaceful life, well, Casa Granada is not the place. And bad/poor management makes things more difficult. I spoke my peace!
