Although I have been taking Reformer Pilates for 2 years, I took my 1st Mat Pilates class - with Lizzy. She kicked my butt… gently! Fast-paced, lots of energy, plenty of help. I LOVE the new studio!

I went to a class here and was horrified. This is not yoga, this is an aerobics studio appropriating a deeply sacred practice for financial gain. As a yoga teacher I have never left a yoga class, I left because I was so angry and disappointed.

ALL THE INSTRUCTORS ARE EXCELLENT AND CARING. PLACE IS ALWAYS CLEAN. PJ AND THE TEAM AT THE DESK INCLUDING KATERINA ARE WONDERFUL.

Casa Vinyasa membership is a very good value. I get all of the things my body needs- strength, cardio, flexibility, in-person and online access and it's a challenging practice.

I really enjoy Virginia's class. She is motivating and keeps me focus on my practice. I recommend casa vinyasa all the time!

The instructors are amazing, especially Melissa.the classes are achievable yet challenging and I feel comfortable going my own pace. I never feel forced to push further than I feel comfortable or capable.plus the new location is gorgeous!

Most amazing teachers, most amazing classes. Myself I go to most of the core classes and they make a huge difference. The yoga classes are wonderful. Even the stretching (recovery) is soooo needed each week. I have found my casa;-)

I love Casa Vinyasa so much. Their instructors and staff make me feel welcomed and right at home. There's a great selection of class offerings, although my go to is Power Vinyasa Vibes. That class is challenging, fun, and puts me in a state of flow right away. So many of the women at Casa Vinyasa make me feel so loved and I'm so thankful to them and to Casa Vinyasa for being in my life. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a permanent yoga home.

I consider myself to be not so athletic and it did make me a little hesitant to work out in public. I feel at ease at Casa Vanysa. The instructors, the vibe, the people, the energy is amazing. I have not only incorporated exercise but my mentally has grown. With a daily reminder to just show up for you

Great studio space with the opportunity to host a private yoga class. My guests truly enjoyed the intimate, small group setting and the convenience of accessible parking. In addition, I took the intro to Vinyasa class with Jill and she was great! Definitely plan on taking other classes as I get into yoga.
