Casey Key Resorts - Mainland, Osprey FL

Was a nice 3 star hotel with a restaurant on site. Did not try the food, but the beds are very comfortable. Cheap 3 star price. Would definitely stay again. Friendly staff. Good out of the way hotel.

Excellent hotel, very well maintained, very good facilities, the attention of the staff is excellent, friendly and helpful, especially Nicole at the front desk. The food from the restaurant by the pool was the best experience. I recommend it.

We were evacuated from Siesta Key due to Hurricane Idalia. What a gem Casey Key Resorts mainland is. The front desk, staff, restaurant and crew were all top notch! The food was excellent at the in house restaurant and the pool was great for the kids even in a Hurricane! We would not hesitate to return!

My family and I came to this resort and spent a week here. We came all the way here from the midwest. The hotel was lovely. The only problem I had, was the bartenders there were extreamly rude and very unprofessional. This hotel has an outdoor Tiki bar area, but never any bartenders! If you want a drink you have to go inside the hotel and get a drink at the bar. The whole week I was there i had trouble getting a drink. I ended up going to the local walmart and having to buy my own drinks. The whole point of being on vacation is to relax and let your hair down, i had a hard time doing that here.

I would suggest the manager at this hotel find better bartenders.
I would like to comment the gals at the front desk were always AMAZING!

Was there for a conference.it was clean.service was good and the location was very convenient.enjoyed the conference and the hotel resort.

The hotel has already refurbish need looks ok, amenities are ok, but the service is just poor, been to 20 hotels, and never met any check in that does not speak English, the guy named Mo rescued the situation showing a bit of intellect. Would not come again

Excellent is the only way to describe the experience of our stay at Casey Key Resort Mainland. Management and Staff were
exceptional people. Very personable, ready to please and are very friendly. Good food, Chef Rolf.is a great Cook and is very good at what he does, (Yummy for the Tummy) and the food looks as good as it taste, Wonderful!
Stayed in a large comfortable room. We highly recommend this Resort.

This is a fantastic resort hotel! The rooms are very clean and have comfortable beds. The shower is large, has great water pressure and never runs out of hot water. The internet is fast, with no weird sign in process like the chain hotels have. Everything was very clean, and the entire staff was very friendly and hard working. The food here is second to none! Give everything on the menu a try, as you will not be disappointed! Great rates, too! I could not recommend this resort more! It has everything you need, and nothing you don’t!

Casey Key Resorts Mainland is FANTASTIC! Clean rooms, nice amenities (including great restaurant on site), and it is close to beaches/shopping etc. The staff is also extremely friendly and highly competent, particularly Amy, and they always go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect! I highly recommend giving them a shot during your next trip!

I gave them a two star because we all were bitten by bed bugs while we slept over there.
Honestly the room was well clean and I can’t imagine even our daughter was bitten by bed bugs in her legs and her back same as me!

For the price, it's honestly the best you will get. The pool area and outside dining was really nice. The rooms were outdated and did smell damp. The food was surprisingly good. Most of the staff was great. We were staying there for a few days while our house had work done so we can't speak to touristy things.

We had a wonderful stay here! My little boy loved the pool and the provided floats. We enjoyed the tiki bar, outside decor, and live music. I wish we had a bathtub, but we will just have to upgrade next time. The food was superb. We would love to come back here.

Me and my husband came to this hotel for a small honeymoon type deal. The hotel looked and nice from outside and the guy who checked us in was very nice. However, when we entered the room it instantly smelled of mold. We thought we would be able to deal with it. When we woke up the next morning, both of us felt sick and decided to go out and get some fresh air. We made a few trips back and forth to get things and shower and what not. Every time we were in the room, it was hard to breathe. The first night we were there water was leaking from the ceiling in the lobby and I didn’t want to ask for another room because I felt they all might be this way. I also didn’t want to seem rude or disappoint my husband seeing as we were looking forward to this day for a long time. We decided to check out early because we didn’t feel safe.

We were in the back building and the rooms were great. Only issue with this room is that the only ice machine is in the front building even though they have a lobby in this one with a vending machine but no ice.

Other issue is the checkout is 10am and when asked for a late checkout the latest they would do is 10: 30 which is still earlier than any other place we stay at and not to mention they had the cleaning person standing outside our door at 10: 30 when we walked out. Seems unnecessary when there were maybe 5 rooms occupied in our building last night. We had business I needed to work on this morning on the west coast and couldn’t get it done. So sitting in our car in the parking lot trying to finish.

My family stayed here in February of 2023. I am giving 5 stars for excellent customer service, location, and value. There are quite a number of restaurants within a short driving distance. Overall we saved a lot of money by staying here and not at the beach.

I am giving a lesser score (1 of 5) for the rooms. Room ventilation is inadequate and ours smelled of damp mold no matter if we left the door open or not. The humidity got worse with each shower and the windows did not open to the outside. We did not ask for a room change but other reviewers have and this seemed to have solved the issue.

I did not stay at the hotel, we went there to book a private Happy Hour for our group!

Worst resort to stay at. Very unprofessional staff. Not friendly or welcoming. Dirty room. Hair on both beds. Roaches, Vending machine didn't work. They asked if I wanted to switch rooms after roaches and it was to the room next door lol If there in one room the next door is going to have them too. We left to another hotel. General Mananger avoided trying to contact me. Only offered 10% refund I made him give at least 50% He agreed but still hasn't refunded the money back. Avoid if you can.

We stayed at the main building first. Our room smelled like a dirty public bathroom. Mold everywhere and extremely dirty. I bought cleaning product and gloves and cleaned the room and the bathroom. The bathroom was so dirty and no matter how much I wiped, I kept getting brown grime on the wipes. We asked to switch rooms and they gave us a room in the new building. It was beautiful. On our walk down to the new room, one of the hotel workers was on a gulf cart brining back a guest. The employee almost ran us over. He was extremely drunk and it was evident. One of the days we left our room and found housecleaning staff doing their rounds. The photos attached are where they placed linen.on the floor of the parking lot. Overall, this place is extremely dirty and wouldn't recommend it.
