Cash America Pawn, Lakeland FL

Edit: (I bumped up my star rating for this place due to the fact that they seem to have the best prices when you want the pawn something.) The staff is friendly and fairly helpful. If you have to pick up a pawned item beware to not forget the bring cash. They will not accept debit or credit cards for retrieving pawned items. You can use a credit or debit card to pay to purchase an item that is for sale in the store, but I'm not sure who would want to do that given that the prices are about on par with a brand new item that you buy at Walmart. I've reviewed a couple of different Cash Americas in this area and have found them both to be not the best to deal with. I would recommend steering clear of this franchise altogether.

I go there a lot and buy you stuff the manager is always nice to me knows me by my name and I also get a good price every person in there is nice to you when you go in

Rip off artist went to sell my gold they offers me 400 for 4 gold bracelets. So I left went to differant pawn broker and got 1000. For only 3 of them.dont go there they are thieves.i will never go back

Staff is very friendly and very helpful.never had issues with their services other than their layaway policy wich I dont fully agree with.just a personal opinion that doesn't really affect the service you will receive. I dont use any other pawn service besides this location.selection is varied great prices always willing to negotiate. 5 out of 5 would recommend to any and every one

I go in to look around and told not open for browsing how are supposed to know what they got for sale if you can't look around why open at all

They are rude and inconsiderate. I went ion there was told no browsing aloud if that was true there would not be one guy looking at tools and another looking at dvds they always act like it is a burden to help and this puts it over the edge I have been going there since I was 18 now 34 and the only thing that changed over time is the piss poor customer service but do not worry I will be picking up my stuff and not coming back
