Cash America Pawn, Pensacola FL

We went here today 11/25 and the lady that was working there was extremely rude and unprofessional. I definitely won't be back, and don't recommend this shop.

The sales clerk was very knowledgeable and they gave me 5 dollars more than I bargained for! Manager woman has some attitude.save it.for when you bend me over that desk.

Average experience for a pawn shop. Always having a decent variety of things for sale. To check what they have for sale it is best to stop by the shop.

Had a Taurus Judge revolver in pawn that was grandfathered in through a will, they sold it well before being late, then they just twiddle their fingers

The baddest pawn shop experience I got a ps4 console from there they said it worked I turn it for a while it turned red and cut off they worker really don't use there time to check there products they sold me damaged item

Really appreciate the staff. Great selection of items. Good daily deals and always open to customers needs. I have purchased, sold and bartered.fun looking for special treasures. From learning about gardening equipment, tools, firearms, electronics, gold, jewelry, fishing or hunting gear or simply talking shop. Great place to swing in just to see what is on the shelves. You can find Really unique stuff and catch awesome deals. Just caught another flounder on a fishing rig I purchased and it is my go too.

LITERALLY the rudest, most unprofessional people I have EVER met was a man who works here by the name of AJ. I even called BEFORE I drove there asking if they were actively taking the $500 airless paint sprayer I had. I gave all the details over the phone, and the man, who was very nice and also was NOT AJ, said YES. I drove approx. 10min to get there, unloaded everything, brought it in. AJ looked at it and asked what I wanted to do with it. Pawn, I replied. We bought it with the intention of starting a custom paint business, but for unknown reasons (perhaps because we are brand new to the state, let alone the area), we hadn't gotten ANY work and my husband ended up going to a concrete company in the meantime. Rudely, AJ scoffed and smirked, threw up his hands in mock innocence and said, "not gonna lie, we've only been offering MAYBE 20 bucks for this kind of thing. " I said, "you're joking. For a $500 machine that hasn't been used? " He said, "well we can't give you that much because of the hose is clogged. " I looked down at the hose that was still wrapped in plastic and zip ties, "but.it's.never been used. " He said, "right, but you're still going to hafto show us that it works, and even then I can't give you very much. We just sold one for $68. " I said "for THIS one? "
"Yes. "
"A pro X17? "
"Yes. "
"THIS EXACT MODEL? REALLY? $68? "
"Well no, not THIS EXACT model, but a Graco, yes. "
"Ok well get whatever you need to get so I can prove this brand new new machine works. "
He carried out a bucket of water, I carried the big heavy machine. I said, "idk how to do it, my husband does this part. But you probably do huh? "
"No. I can't put together your machine, YOU hafto. "
The ENTIRE event was nothing but rude, patronizing remarks, unprofessional manners. He treated me as if I were beneath him from the moment I walked in. I went 0.6miles down the street to A1 pawn and got $150 to pawn it. Go there. Glenn is a breath of fresh air compared to rude and unprofessional AJ at Cash America. I do NOT recommend pawning or selling ANYTHING to these people.
