2Asked them to confirm authenticity on a chain for me and was given attitude and rejected like leave my store when I was offering to pay. First guy ran it over a magnet then weighed it although I was asking him to do an acid test and was cool with paying. Then he walked off then an old guy with glasses gave me the attitude & pretty much said we can’t help you. I was willing to pay 40$ for you to acid test a piece of jewelry for me & the way that you treated me in return I’ll be glad to never do business with this store. Horrible customer service
