Your store on n Dale Mabry near linebaugh is horrible. They constantly ignore curbside pickup and when they bring food after 20 minutes act put out when asked about the delay.

My husband and my son ordered food last week at the Wesley chapel location off of SR 54 paid via Apple Pay. Something went wrong with the payment they stated on thier end. Said they could not give them thier order, etc due to payment still pending. However, he was still charged the same day. Regardless.
The shift manager, Kavith was nothing but rude and did nothing to try to make it right. I went in a few days later to settle this issue and request a refund. She stated she could not issue me a refund without knowing what the order was. Therefore, a receipt was needed which this staff failed to give. So no order, receipt or refund so now he is left with nothing but free money to McDonald’s.
This is the 2nd time this has happened.
McDonald’s charges you what they want and could care less about having happy customers! This McDonald’s has gone downhill to say the least! Save your money people.

My wife and I went to the drive-thru the other nightIn the food was terrible. We got McRibs and double cheese burgers. The McRibs were over cooked and the double cheese burgers had nothing on them. I don't know who your manager was be he or she did not check the quality of the food. I know when I work for your company in the 80quality of the food was better. I work at the in downtown Tampa. Thank you Mr. JOSEPH MEEK

I travel the entire mid west area and Floridia. I typically use the drive thru, but today I visited restaurant #2255 and dined inside. I had some time so as I ate my breakfast I observed the staff and their interaction with customers. I was amazed at the speed of service and the personnel touch that each staff member had with each customer that walked in. Several staff members checked on me throughout my stay and the manager Nyisha M came to my table and checked on me personally. Even as they were extremely busy the staff was friendly and treated each staff member and customer with a smile and great service. I would highly recommend this location and would recommend that Nyisha be a training model.

I went to this Mc Donalds pulled in the drive thru and placed my order for 6 piece nugget meal, UNSWEETENED tea, bbq sauce, I proceeded to the window and paid, asked for ketchup ok got my meal drove out, thirsty so I took a big drink out of the loaded with sugar (I AM DIABETIC) so I thought about going back but I was already on the way home, I reached in the bag the fries were ice cold and only partially cooked, so I opened the chicken nuggets and there was already someone’s sauce in the lid of the box, THEY GAVE ME A USED BOX! I was appalled! I turned around and went back Noone was in the line, I drove to the first window and told him what I discovered and he said oh drive up wrong window, I drove up to the window and explained my discovery she grabbed the bag opening the box and seeing not even apologizing or anything she said get her a new one, then I told her about the tea she rolled her eyes and motioned to hand it to her, she comes back and rudely hands me the tea and the food and walks away, no ketchup to bbq, no apology, CASPERS IS THIS HOW YOU WANT YOUR COMPANY TO BE REPRESENTED? ! I called corporate and told the person that answered what happened she said ok, and I said that’s it, I was just given a used box at this store and sweet tea to a diabetic and I ask twice if it was unsweetened! She said let me have your name, I gave it to her, and I will have a distinct manager call you, I asked her what her job was she said customer service! Well she didn’t take my phone number so unless they have caller id Noone is calling back. I am going to follow through with this though that is unacceptable, what if a child would have gotten that box and didn’t notice that it was used!

I frequent Mcdonalds a lot in the Tampa region so the news that Caspers is selling off is welcome. I hope the next people do better. I have never been pleased with their customer service at any location. Half the time I order a double ANYTHING whether it be quarter pounder or fish filet I end up with single patty sandwiches and get charged for doubles. I have reached out to management several times and all they do is send you an automated message with a free value meal coupon instead of providing any sliver of human interaction or explanation as to why they continue to provide inaccurate orders on an almost weekly basis. Frustrating to say the least!

I was denied access to the bathroom at 2nd location. It seems to be normal practice to lock customers out of bathrooms. This is unacceptable

At 5: 14 I ordered my grandson chicken
Nuggets &got me a chicken sandwich, it was raw. I know you selling your company, but this isn't right to serve the food like this.wont ever go back to McDonald's period.

WOW. I agree with all the bad reviews. Honest and on target. This place is a hot mess. Especially Jessica on S. Dale Mabry. A manager who does not know ANYTHING about managing. High school dropout. UGH. They do not even deserve a ONE STAR! There should be options for MINUS STARS.

I went to the McDonald's on West Hillsborough Town & Country on the night shift and was sold cold and stale french fries with no salt. I work not even a mile from the location and went back to mcdonalds right away to get fresh fries and the crew member argued with me and would not replace them. I asked to speak to the manager and the team member said the manager was busy and would not come and speak to me. The customer service at this location is certainly lacking. I will not go there again. EVER!

Tonight was amazing.but to you it off, I was greeted and (more than) taken care at this location.the manager Bobbie was so pleasant and helpful.more businesses need ppl like this as their staff.store 5828

We live in Gulfport, FL and frequent it's McDonald's, unfortunately it's the closest one to us. Time after time we see and hear the staff making fun of customers, loud and obnoxious, not the slightest bit professionallism. Tonights young lady at the back drive through window said there was no 1's and wanted to know if we would take quarters instead of 1's. Not a big deal we paid with our card and suggested to the young lady that they let people know at the speaker that they don't have change. She proceeded to get on her head set to ask for change and said that we were being rude. We pulled up to the next window and ask to speak with a manager. Manager came said that she just had to get change. Explained to the manager that it's not about the change it's about how they are talking about customers in an open window where they can be heard. Took the opportunity to let her know that this isn't new the staff here are completely unprofessional and they should really do something about these kids. She turned away and wanted to know where our food was so she could "get us out of there". Check your reviews, this is a common problem.

2 weeks ago I had breakfast at the McDonald's at 11212 Causeway Blvd.and it was terrible, the service was slow and rude and the food was not only cold and stale but the order was wrong. Today Sunday 3-20-22 I decided to give this location another shot boy what a mistake I made, this experience was much worse, never again will I go to that McDonald's nor do I recommend anyone else going there. That store gives McDonald's a bad name.
The only reason I gave it 1 star is because I HAD TO.

The parson store is the worst they argue with customer when are told not fixed right you cannot get a mcchicken on a steamed in less than 2 minutes from ordering and the bun be ice cold after working for caspers 18 and a half years before health issues i know what i am talking about

The Sun City Center Florida location is awful! The manager there got angry when I asked why the coke slushie was never frozen. She then hung out the window and yelled at me as I drove away. That MANAGER has made sure I will never stop there again! 8/18/21 @2pm

Im trying to figure out why the quality of food has gotten worst however the price of the food has risen higher then Jesus plus yall dont put nothing back into the black community that has yall company in them but yall making all of the money if the pandamic never came them wages would have never gone up
