CASSA AT GEORGETOWN reviews
11I am extremely disappointed with the stay and customer service I have experienced. I am baffled to know that I am being evicted from the manager, Donald, because I discussed my grievances about this place, that I have paid for, to him. I will report this to whomever that will rectify this issue immediately.
This property is ran poorly via management. There’s no one to help resolve any issue. This is an extra income property for tow trucks, and for lawyers and also for the association themselves. I’ve had several issues over the years with this development and any time I tried to go to management they tell me to go to the board members. When I do so they redirect me back to management. They they’re very unclear about board meetings they even charge a percentage just to pay minelayer dues on time. The development isn’t safe. I hear gun shots every night and there’s a high rate of vandalism on property. They are guards on property but they don’t enforce anything but parking. Every night they’re towing cars. And you have to pay to park in the guest parking
01-03-20: I've lived here a month now, and while the gate is annoying, it is necessary if they are going to rid this community of the crime that's been reported. The security folks I've met are kind and seem helpful. It feels like they are doing their best to clean-up and move those people out of here that are part of the problem. I'll write an updated review in a few months.
Month 2,2-20-20: I lost my cat. He was found 5 weeks later, and fostered by my very kind neighbor. The wildlife that vist the lake are interesting and beautiful. The Association has made great strides, according to my neighbor, a long time resident, and it shows. The grounds are well kept and the security folks I've encountered are friendly and helpful. So far, I'm enjoying my residency, and I feel safe living here with my son. I'll update one last time in a month.
The guards here have no class nor do they have consideration or common sense. This place is a pathetic attempt to show some class in the ghetto
Review by familia below me clearly fake (1 review) - do not buy here.
Shootings, stabbings, break ins are common.
Incompetent management, buildings are crumbling and sinking into the ground, terrible mold issues which you can even see on the pictures, especially in the garages, kitchens etc.
Parking/towing problems. Stay far away
New management has been made great changes to the Georgetown community’s with removing the bad and only keeping the good! Nice clean, gated community, when being a home paneer here and u have reached out to management they take the time to address the issues. I applauded you guys! Thank you for what you to.
Worth place to be at.no parking bad association dirty place so much problems. I just hate this place
Stay Away from this place. They will tow your car in a min. They will fine you for everything. Garbage cans, If a visitor come in the gate and parks in the wrong spot and they see the people go to your door even if it's not your guest you will be fine $500. They want you to pay $240 every 3 months for 1 parking spot. These apartments are in a bad neighborhood. Stay away. The association is nasty to the tenants. Security guards are nasty.
My car was registered with the stupid on call system but these morons still towed my car, they had my info, i have the confirmation text but apparently they don't see it in the system. I was only here 5 hours and now i have to pay $157 for their mistake but they refuse to take responsibility
I’ve been staying here since 2011 and we loved it once they started having security it was like being in jail instead of being at home.they know it’s minimum parking but still will tow if they feel the need necessary.they don’t care about glitches in the system with the apps to register cars they will tow for the money.dissatisfied with the way things are here now
Look elsewhere. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Cassa at Georgetown is not a safe place. My car got broken in 2x, 5 of my neighbors got thier house broken in too, one of them got stab. It is gated but there is no guard. It is an automated gate. People can pretty much get I if they tail gate. Number one issue is parking not enough guest parking. So they tow people car left and right. It's kinda an extra income for the security guard and towing company. Guard get a cut of the towing money. The Association is the works they do not do action to resolve problems sometimes they make it worse.if you wanna leave on somewhere peacefully, and safe look elsewhere
Anyways I live here for about 3 years and I'm just dying to move out, just waiting on my lease to be over.
