7 The worst place to be attended to, nothing tidy or organized for calls, waste of time and when I went to ask for my record they told us that they had lost it all wrong!
I would not recommend anyone who needs attention there because it is the worst.
THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES THEY NEED MORE PEOPLE TO ANSWER THE PHONE TO CHANGE OR MAKE AN APPOINTMENT HERE IS INSANE!
Always late with the appointments they need to be organize with the schedule/ appoitment! Bad cuatomer service! The Doctor Castañeda GREAT! Nesecitan ser organizados con las citas si yo tengo una cita a las 10: 30 salen atendiendome una hora tarde!
Doctor Castañeda is an excellent doctor and attentive to his patient, he saved my life due to a tumor that I had. Thanks to him and to God, everything went well in my surgery.
Everything Genevieve Slovak said in her review is accurate. My baby and I almost die becaue of his negligence back in 2009. I was a forced C-section. If you have to change doctors before your delivery-do it. Nationality shouldn’t be accounted for when deciding your Doctor. I did it and failed as I thought been Hispanic would have made a difference since he is also Hispanic- well who knows from what breed? I forever regret that he was my doctor. It was pretty bad!
