Castle Brook Academy, St. Augustine FL

My kids have been going here for almost two years now. We absolutely love it. They are like a family and really care about the kids. Tiffany in the nursery is amazing with my baby. He adores her, always goes straight to her when we get there. Miss Frida and Miss Mackenzie with the three year old classes spoil my daughter so much she much rather hang out with them then me. They are wonderful here!

The absolute worse day care ever. The way they treat children is horrible, Mrs Peggy who’s apparently one of their “best” teacher had the audacity to call my son “slow” in front of his face MULTIPLE times i schedule a parent teacher meeting and her behavior was extremely unprofessional I was shocked that they even think she makes a respectable teacher, the lady at the front Stephanie was no help either as rude as always. She cusses in front of the children and will call them things like immature and annoying. This day care is absolutely disgusting and anything owned by the same owner is the same. Please take your children somewhere else!

We absolutely LOVE Castle Brook! Our daughter has been there for over a year and the staff feels like family. When we walk in each morning we are greeted by Ms Stephanie and Ms Unique who always make us feel welcome. Our daughters current and previous teachers Ava, Marichu, and Eisha are so very appreciated. You all play a huge role in Gracies life. We are so grateful for all that you do. Keep it up!

Take my sisters grandbabies there. They are great with the girls! They teach them many wonderful things.

I love all the teacher here at castle brook I don’t have a baby at this facility but I do at enchanted but I love each and everyone of my coworkers they make the tough day better and always have something positive to say and are great will all the kids

I have 4 boys that attend Castle Brooke. We started out with only 2 and as out family expanded so did the love and care that Castle Brook provide did as well. Mr. Don is amazing. Him and Ms. Beth show so much love and care to our boys. Mrs. Ingrid is definitely my kids extra grandma. Ms.unique and Ms. Cassie has watched my now 9,3, and 1 year grow into some amazing little fellas with their help. Ms. Donnie and Ms. Eisha provide such excellent care and nurture my 3 month old like unimagined. We started here 3 years ago and I can’t see myself sending my boys anywhere else. This is more that a daycare. This is FAMILY! I love everything Me. Don and his staff stand for and would recommend this daycare 100x to anyone that asks.

My son jasiah has been going to castle brook since he was 6 weeks old. I have loved castle brook since day 1. They are so welcoming and have such great staff. My son’s teacher Ms. Hannah is my all time favorite. She works so well with jasiah, and treats all her students as her own. I am so blessed to have such a great daycare for my child to go while I work. I highly recommend castlebrook academy.

My grandson kayden goes to castlebrook he loves going to school his teacher ms.ruthie is the best the whole staff is wonderful kayden is 4 years old and sometimes very difficult they have the patience of saints we dont what we would do with out them thank you so much vicki young

My name is Jennifer and my son Chase who recently turned 2 was with Ms. Kayla in the 1 year old room when he first started at Castle Brook. Leaving a 1 year old in the care of someone that is not family is very hard to do but my mind was at ease leaving him with her. She was very helpful getting me comfortable leaving him.
She would and still does, even though he has moved into the 2 year old room now, always greets him with a smile and open arms. He enjoys being at school to see her and I couldn't be more grateful. She is wonderful with my child and I know he is in great hands with her.

I also have to give some love to Ms. Cassie. Chase was moved to her class several months ago and she has been wonderful. Speaking with her I can see she really loves being with the kids.
I can already see a big change with him at home. He is speaking more clearly and always seems to have a has a great day. He also knows when it is clean up time and he likes to help pick up his toys and put them away. I am very grateful for all the hard work she has done for him again leaving my mind at ease when I drop my son off to her.

Castlebrook Academy and it's staff are absolutely the best! My son Christian is 10 mths old and has been attending the infants A room for a little over 3 mths now! His teachers Ms. Doni and Ms. Brenda are awesome with him. His previous teacher Ms. Eisha is Amazing as well. They inform you of all eating and daily activities and so much more!
Christian was no where near crawling or even holding his own bottle when he started and he is now a pro at one hand holding his bottle and almost crawling! They treat your children as if they were family and that is great! They are very friendly and make you feel at home! I highly recommend this daycare if you are looking.
It's a very safe, clean and happy environment for myself and my child! Mr. Don and Ms. Stephanie are a great management team and are always there to help and answer questions! I could go on forever but you get the gest of what im saying! Have a great day!

A week before our son was scheduled to begin in-home daycare, the provider had a medical emergency. I contacted every daycare facility that accepted infants explaining our emergency and only heard back from two. Not only was Castle Brook Academy responsive, Mr. Don called me within 15 minutes and assured me they would find a spot for Boone. He gave us peace of mind during that frantic moment we were without a solution.

Now nine months old, Boone has been well cared for by Ms. Kadaja, Ms. Jackie, Ms. Eisha, Ms. Stephanie and the entire Castle Brook Academy family. They encourage his development, feed him well, and give him a safe space to explore and learn. They provide reports on his progress each day and we know he is in great hands.

We can’t thank the staff enough for going above and beyond each day!

I would highly recommend castle brook! Mr. Don and his awesome staff have done so much for my children and I! I've been with them for years, my twins adore their teachers Ms. Peggy and Ms. Nora, they come home everyday excited about going back the next day! Thank you all so much, I love you guys!?

Castle Brook has been nothing short of a blessing to me and my children! My children love coming, dropping them off has never been an issue because the teachers are so great! My children have progressed tremendously since attending Castle Brook.
My son Trevin teacher, Ms. Cassie has been so great with him! She is such a delight & handles the children so well. I love Castle Brook and how they take care of my children while I work everyday!

Our 8 month old is in the infants class at Castle Brook. We love the staff and the facility. Beth and Stefanie at the front desk always greet me with a smile and know us by name. Eisha, Donnie, and Brenda are her main teachers and we can tell how much they love her. Thank you all for ALL you do! We definitely recommend Castle Brook or one of Crowned Hearts other facilities.

I don’t even know where to begin! There is no where else I’d rather have my two kids. Castle Brook is the best daycare and my boys get so excited to go in the morning! My son Joseph tells me all about his day and how he can’t wait to see his teachers. He has been going since he was a baby and has had the best care from every teacher he’s had.

He has learned so much from Ms. Cassie and Ms. Unique, I don’t know what I’d do without them! My youngest has also had amazing teachers in the infant room and now the ones. Ms. Eisha and Ms. Brenda have really nurtured my wild child! Thank you to all of Castle Brook staff!

My 4 year old son Walter has been going to Castle Brook for the last 2 years. He has grown so much since he’s been there. The changes in him have been incredible, and it all starts with how great all the teachers he has had are.

Miss Stephanie is amazing up front always so informative and helpful. Miss Ingrid is incredible with him. She can even get him to eat things I can’t ever get him to try, which is saying a lot because he is really picky. All his teachers have been so good at looking after him. He tells me often that he loves school and all the teachers he’s had, miss Nora, miss peggy, miss Hannah, miss Kayla, miss stephanie and miss Ingrid are the best in town, and I highly recommend castle brook academy to everyone.
