Would like to give my gratitude to the Castle Group in Breckenridge for the fantastic job they do. They are always on top of everything that goes on in the community and are always polite and helpful. We couldn’t have had a better team than Debbie, Da’sia and Sammi.

The Castle group here at Breckenridge is top notch. The maintenance employees (Steadmon, Larry, & Steve) are always quick to respond to work orders. The office staff (Deborah, Sammi, & Da’sia) have a very welcoming attitude. If I have a question or suggestion for improvement, they will listen. Thanks!

At Breckenridge Golf and Tennis we have had Castle as our management company for a couple years now. We are very fortunate to have Deborah as our property manager. There is no job too big or too small for Deb to handle. As clubhouse chair, her and I speak several times each day. Da'sia is our office manager /lifestyle manager who does all our entertainment scheduling which include everything imaginable from food trucks to art shows to comedians to line dancing to all our in house parties such as Music On The Greens! Da'sia is constantly keeping residents up to date on changing activities. Sammi, our administration assistant, handles all the paperwork involved with our renters, making sure they have all the required documentation to have a worry free stay in Breckenridge. Sammi also takes minutes for all our master board meetings and assists Deb at the meetings. Steadmon, our maintenance supervisor has been with Breckenridge over 16 years. There is nothing Steadmon can't do when it comes to solving a maintenance issue. Steve, Larry and Clementy are our 3 maintenance workers. Among their jobs Steve and Larry make sure all our amenities can run smoothly. With 5 pools they make sure the heaters are working, clean and have the correct chemicals. Clementy opens the clubhouse most days and makes sure it is clean and ready for our many daily activities. With Deborah, Da'sia, Sammi, Steadmon, Steve, Larry and Clementy as our Castle staff Breckenridge is in Great hands! Thank you for all you do!

Katie is always very helpful. Recently she gave us an excellent plumber reference to replace our water heater.

Ever since Castle took over managing Reflection Lakes, we have had nothing but positive results. More activities, clear and prompt communication, and attentiveness to our individual needs as well as the community's.

Neal is especially awesome, always on top of everything and willing to step in and assist with any issue at any time. He also advocates for the residents here with vendors, etc.to ensure we are well taken care of. Thank you, Neal!

Spoke with Phoebe today and she was great. She has very good listening skills and was very professional, but personable too. She helped resolve my problem and concerns and I would definitely recommend her to other customers. Great service!

Sara and Katie are the best! When we bought the place, they help us with everything we needed and made the easier. The Maintenance group Ed, Angel, and Brian are always friendly. They are helpful and take care of you when needed. Andre the Manager does a great job managing the association. The group makes St Tropez a great place to live!

We are new to the property and everyone has been so helpful! Katie has been our go to person. She has been able to answer all of our questions.

The Castle Group at Riviera and St Tropez in Ft Myers is a fantastic group of professionals. We are very pleased with how our building is maintained, so special thanks to our Maintenance crew: Brian, Angel, and Ed. They are always busy and kind. Then there’s the remaining crew who handle everything to maintain a professional operation. I completed the steps to get on the website with much help from Roynaylan, a very helpful techie. This process was not easy, partly because of some userun friendly roadblocks dropped in my path by Castle, their doing. Techie helpful, Castle not.
