Dr. Rene is a great doctor and she shows that she really cares for me as a person. She is friendly, approachable, and understanding. Dr. Rene is thorough and takes her time explaining diagnosis and treatment.

Dr. Renee great bedside manners, and very knowledgeable. The staff, they are personable professional, and the place is clean. Very welcoming.

Online registration, no paperwork, Dr. Rene is easy to talk to and very professional. I recommend anyone to go see her if you are looking for a gastroenterologist.

Great team! They really care about me, Dr Kathia René is the best, she is never in a hurry, take time to hear and understand me and explain very good the treatment I need to improve my health.

Visited Dr Cathea this year for my 5 year colonoscopy and also added Endoscopy. She is a very caring person and takes great care in explaining any concerns and was able to escalate my procedure based on my concerns. Thanks again to Dr Cathia and her staff.

Everyone is very friendly! I really like Dr. Rene. She is caring, communicates what she is doing and the results of her exams well.

Team was correct and professional. I met for the first time a management team. Her assistance to me was incredible. She is humble and professional.
Regarding the doctor, as usual, she was very compassionate. She gave enough time to share my concerns about my health and answered my questions.

I wish I could leave two separate reviews. One for Dr. Rene and one for the clerical staff. Specifically front desk and insurance staff. I will give Dr. Rene five stars she’s warm and kind and listens to you! As far as the front desk staff goes, I was just shy of 10 minutes late for an appointment due to a car accident. I called five times no one answered and left a message explaining that I was running a couple minutes late. When I got there, the front desk told me that I have to reschedule my appointment. I explained that I called multiple times and no one answered. She told me yeah they were busy. So I left and rescheduled my appointment for a few weeks later. So having no choice I went back a couple weeks later for my five minute follow up appointment. I was prescribed a medication that I was to take twice a day. My pharmacy would not allow me to pick up said prescription. I was told that I needed a pre-authorization and order to take the medication twice a day. I called the insurance department at the doctors office without asking me my name or any of my information that Woman told me she sent the pre-off and that she couldn’t help me at all and to only take the pill once a day if that’s what the pharmacy was gonna give me. I explained that I needed to take it twice a day as prescribed by the doctor. She again told me she already did all the things that she supposed to do and I had to handle it on my own. She told me all this without even getting my name or information. I asked her. How could she know that she handled it appropriately without even looking into who I was! She dismissed me and told me to handle it myself! Thankfully, my insurance company was able to process my claim. They told me that there was never a pre-authorization sent in which I expected. It’s very disappointing that such a wonderful doctor can I have such an unfortunate staff. To be clear the surgical scheduling department is wonderful and the nurses in the back or spectacular. It’s very unfortunate that some of her team is dragging them down.

I got there earlier than my appointment time and was in and out before my scheduled time. Loved that. Dr. Rene is a sweet, compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. I’ve been going to her for quite a few years now. I know her on a professional level, since I have administered anesthesia to her patients. Therefore, know her expertise and wouldn’t trust my care to anyone else.

Staff friendly. Physician very knowledgeable, took time to go over things we me. Felt very at ease and confident in my care.
