4 If you can't help a single mother that works not 1 but 2 jobs, pay her rent then what's the point? Wouldn't that be one of your biggest demographics? I didn't even ask for the whole amount!
I was the first caller and the lady was so rushed she didn't even give me time to ask if I qualified for help with my utilities either. She literally hung up on me.
Great organization but this lady was NOT helpful at the Panama City location.
What happened to all the friendly staff that was working here? There is a different feel and atmosphere when you walk into this offices now.
Ms. Brenda, Ms. Diane, Ms. Monica, Mr. Rod, Mr. Ryan, Ms. Helen and i know I am missing a few more. These are the people that really stood out and listened to you and helped you. Not sure where they are now.
