I contact Cathy 5-8 times a year regarding various insurance services. Her office is always quick to respond and thorough in follow-up. I am most pleased.

This Agency manages my Accounts and keeps me informed continuously and always in a very Professional and friendly manner. They are Great!

Terrible! They were so friendly to take my money but as soon as I want to canceled, they completely ignore me and give me excuses to not talk to me. They keep taking messages when I call and I never get a call back! They stole money from me too and told me I was getting refunded and that never happened because they didn’t even cancel the policy like I requested. It’s been two weeks and it’s still active and I’m about to get charged a monthly premium to a policy I canceled literally the next day I got it.

Great agency! I insure my home, auto, and life insurance with them. Everything is handled promptly by knowledgeable agents.

Very unsatisfied with this agent. They quote a fair price then 1 year later they increase 30-40% More on the next premium. I shopped them and changed and saved even more money then they started with. I put my Motorhome on Storage Insurance only and they said was $1200 a year. I paid it not knowing. I shopped it and Progresive was only $125 for the year! I want a refund.they never answer the phone. Always have to leave a voicemail and hope for a call back. I know now shop insurance companies.

After moving to Fort Myers FL I compared several insurance companies. Cathy Sink with Allstate offered multiple options with great pricing. There were many discounts available depending on which type of insurance you choose. Her staff is excellent and extremely knowledgeable. Cathy is a person you will enjoy doing business with.

Allstate does a great job in covering items in one's policy. As an example, my wife's car was damaged from someone backing out of a parking space. As soon as I reported it Allstate grabbed onto it like it was their problem and ran with it all the way until the car was repaired. Service like this is unheard of in today's world. Working with the repair facility was so easy since Allstate ran the situation without my help.

I had a minor accident the claim paid $1200 to other driver and $0 to me.i have no other tickets in my life.but my rates increased over $100 a month for the last 2 years.i just read that rates shouldnt increase at all for claims under $2000.time to look for a new agent
