Highly organized, on top of it all, nothing falls through the cracks. We were out of state buyers and bought our first rental property through Cathy. No idea what to expect.her knowledge on FL real estate was especially appreciated as she has been doing this for awhile. If I could sum it all up.she cares! It was not just a transaction it was the beginning of a relationship. Since we were not able to walk the property or be apart of the inspection, she did all of that for us and did a live video with the inspector and herself. She is super knowledgable. She sent a detailed Market Analysis within 24 hours and we had an active listing including photos in less than 4 days.

Cathy and her team helped me selling my house in Orlando. They are very responsive and have excellent negotiation skills. I suggest seller to do their own research regarding expecting and deciding the price. Cathy's team had suggested me less price that whatever was in my mind. I insisted to list it for my price and got a very good deal - way more that her team's suggestion.
