My husband and I have been patients of this practice for a long time.
My husband has a painful spot on his nose that we need to get checked out.
November is the earliest date.
Seriously, I explained my concern. Obviously they DO NOT CARE.

Had an appointment for 10: 30. Arrived at 10: 00 and was told it was for 9: 30. Waiting room empty and they could not squeeze me in.
