STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT!
Super expensive for the SMALL quantity they give you and the LOW QUALITY of the food!

The food is good, the waiter's treatment is good too, but be very careful when paying, we ordered three fried snappers and the price on the menu said 18 dollars and it turns out it was per pound. How do I know how many pounds the snappers weighed? I ended up paying $32 for each snapper. Then when I went to pay, the bill was $184 and I marked 18% tip and when I look at my card they charged me $231 or collection was much higher than 18%. Be careful, I felt cheated, I do not recommend it.

Excellent food and service, our family had a great time at Cayo Esquivel. We highly recommend it if you like seafood.

The owner or manager is extremely RUDE! I asked him to sit close to the window and he didn’t allowed me because the table is for 4 people and I was just 2. I insisted explain him that were several empty tables, but he refused asking “ are you coming to eat or for the window? ” I just left, and I will never come back. This kind of conduct is very bizarre if you want to please customer. Obviously his desires are the contrary. I will no expend any money in business that don’t care about their customers. Be aware!

I love the rustic decoration, the food perfectly prepared and a good portion, and above all, the attention given by Eugenia, which was excellent from the beginning to the end of the evening.

My comment only seeks to send a healthy message to the owners of this place, when I call I get a lady with a Colombian accent and with very little desire to work, I do not think she is the best person for that position since she is a window to the caller to spend her money and I believe that we all deserve good treatment, perhaps it is better for her to clean the bathrooms and take out the garbage so that the restaurant does not discredit.

This place only has Sangria as a cocktail, they don't have oysters on the shell or in a cocktail, the air conditioning is very bad, the waitress doesn't pick up the food plates and glasses on time, they don't have Draft beer.
I do not recommend this place.
