Doctor ordered a STAT urine for my 97y/o mom who has dementia and symptoms of a UTI. It was ordered at 9am, I called at 1155 and told them I had the specimen. They said a driver would pick it up. Called at 3, no answer. No one has picked it up and it’s 545. Lousy service and absolutely no professionalism. He finally picked it up at 715. When I said it’s supposed to be STAT, he said I know. My review should be 0 stars.

I’m glad the lung cancer screen crew is driving around smoking cigarettes. Really making strides out here. The hold time for this company is 5 minutes plus.

My first impression was very good. The lab is clean and spacious. The employee are friendly, professional and skilled.

My mother was supposed to get mobile bloodwork
and they never showed up 3 times. I am going straight to Ron Desantis who is a friend of a very dear friend in Florida. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I want action!

As a physician I’ve always referred patients in the setting of this pandemic to CBS Labs and over 40 of my patients have personally impressed. I personally have my own labs drawn today at home they came to my house very professional and time and I will no longer be going to quest or LabCorp. So far outstanding customer service and I highly trust this company as a physician and as a patient.

It takes multiple calls to get in contact with them. I have called fours days in a row and every time they tell me that the results will be ready the following day. I understand that they’re backed up but work on customer service and organization.

Poor service. So unorganized! Called them several times to follow up my lab results and unfortunately they couldn’t find my records on the system!
