Terrible customer service and follow up.
My storm windows were installed in 2011 and others in 2013 for a total of 20 storm windows. At the beginning of this year I called to tell them that 2 of them were having problems and were the ones installed in 2013 and there were also some guides that had broken and needed to know what I was I supposed to do. Was told they did not do repairs only installations. I asked told them that I didn't think was a big deal and send them pictures of them, that was back in March and I told them didn't want to pressure them due the Covid situation. Called them last month a couple of times and never got a response or an answer or a referral to someone. Finally i gave up on them and found a very responsive a reliable company Advance Glass, they came the following day gave me an estimate the same day and 2 days after my first call my windows have been repaired and it was a very reasonable. CDM lost a customer and Advance Glass won another.
