Cech Auto Eustis

I started taking my car to Cech Auto when they were known as Pro Auto Care. I've always loved their honesty, fairness and customer service.and then the manager/owner passed away and things went awry. Thankfully, they have new management and the old familiar greatness is back! I absolutely love Cech Auto of Eustis! Thank you!

I had a major repair needed. I had Mercedes and one other local shop give me a diagnosis. Because I was driving out of state and was told I could drive it I waited until I got home and brought it to Cech. The job was completed quickly, accurately and at a competitive price. Car is in running great.

Had a yellow check engine light on in my wife's car. They pulled the code at NO COST and said it was a problem with the gas cap. They were able to replace the cap the next day solving the problem. Thanks

CROOKS! Do NOT go here! This place robs the elderly and senior citizens. My 70-year-old mother went here to have her 20-year-old Honda checked. She was NOT informed that there would be a $150 inspection fee and a $15 supply fee. When she asked about these fees at the time of pickup, a large, burly, angry man came out from the back of the shop and grabbed her house keys away from her and told her she could not have her house keys back until she paid the $170 in fees. No service was performed on her vehicle. She was never informed that there would be charges to look at her car. She is older and on a very limited income. Spending $170 for nothing was devastating and this man humiliated her in front of others at the shop. Also, him withholding her house keys from her was terrifying. She had no choice but to pay the $170 fee or else she would be sleeping on the streets. This place and the owner are deplorable and should will be reported for scamming the elderly with their dishonest and unethical business practices.

I had a great experience at Cech Auto. Took my 2009 Mariner in for its 90,000 mile service. Expected lots of the ‘“you need to fix this…” and was pleasantly surprised. They handled everything that needed to be done and did not try to sell me what was not necessary. Staff are all friendly. I will be using them for my service going forward. I highly recommend them.

I brought my 2016 corvette to Pro and asked them to find the source of a squeal
Somewhere in the front of the engine.
To me it sounded like it came from the belt tensioner. About two hours later I received a call after the process of eliminitation it turns out it was the alternator, they quoted
Replacement with a brand new GM. Alternator, this is just what I wanted, We scheduled the repair for Friday and as expected it was complete by noon time.
And also as expected the job was done correctly, I am very pleased with pro and take my other two cars to them,
I recommend them to anyone having a vehicle issue and want to be treated fairly.

Cech Auto was efficient and even gave a full check to the car, though not required. Everyone was kind and respectful and a joy to talk to. We will definitely be going back.

Very friendly kind and honest staff if you need something done quickly and efficiently. This is the place to go they *WILL NOT* just hurry you out to make a sale. They will find the problems and will break it down so everyone is on the same page with what is going on with the vehicle. I’m very grateful i came in today keep up the great work team.
