Dr. Grande is excellent. I have been seeing her for over 20 years. She is knowledgeable, empathetic, smart, funny, and warm. A true gem in the field of medicine today.

Dr. Grande has been my gynecologist for over 15 years. I am extremely happy with her care. During my appointments I have never felt rushed but rather she is always very through and takes time with her patients. She is a great physician.

Excellent doctor. I recommend it. He takes his time with each patient and explains in detail (something rare in today's medicine). I have never had to wait long. His staff very organized.

I’m the caretaker of my 95 year old Mom.she sees Dr. Grande every 4 months. It’s like family when I see Dr Grande and her staff - attentive caring and loving.

I had never been in a gynecology office where the care was excellent, not counting the treatment of Dr. Grande, her patience explaining all your doubts.

I've been going to this office for years, the provider Zhenia Tornes has always been very kind and compassionate, she's the only reason I haven't left yet. I would give 1 star but it would not be fair to Zhenia Tornes who is amazing!

However, contacting this office has to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I absolutely dread it, I make my mom do it for me. Sorry mom.

Whoever picks up the office phone calls, told me her name was "Dalgis" makes zero effort to hide her sighing, huffing, and puffing. I am 99% confident she dreads picking up calls any time of day because this happens every single time without fail. Hence why I dread speaking to her on the phone.

On today's episode, she wouldn't let me speak, transferred me without providing an explanation, and then got upset when I called back 3 times to ask her what is going on and why I was being transferred with no explanation. On the 3rd call she stated she already knew what I wanted so she didn't need to listen to me I guess.

I expressed how she failed to explain why I was being transferred, what I had to do, and where I was being transferred to, as well as the fact that she did did not let me speak at all, and that I was mid sentence when she left the line. She failed to accurately explain what she was doing, or even explain at all.

She continuously tried to speak over me while I was voicing my concerns, once again not allowing me to speak, and then she failed to apologize. I expressed how I felt that was horrible customer service and I could not believe the lack of professionalism I experienced.

I understand she may be stressed or overwhelmed, as we all are in healthcare, but theres really no excuse for this kind of behavior. I was appalled. No bedside manner or common courtesy. Also, my mom called the day before and she had a nasty attitude with her on the phone as well, not allowing her to speak, and losing patience over a basic patient call. I can't imagine actually having a medical concern one day and having to deal with this on top of worrying about my health. This was all over just refilling an Rx.

Excellent, only the practitioner Xenia treated me, but she is wonderful, she generated confidence in me and I felt so well cared for

I love Dr. Grande! She’s been my doctor for about the last 10 years. She takes her time with you and explains everything. She’s open to questions and she knows her stuff. If I need help picking a specialist of any kind, like endocrinologist, she’s always there to advise me on who she knows and who she herself goes to. Speaking to her is like speaking to a friend since day 1. Her office is always inviting and her nurse practitioner is amazing as well! She really cares and doesn’t let you slide on mammograms or anything. She’s on top of your overall health. My sister is now a patient of hers as well since I recommended her. I will always sing her praises!

The Dr.and practitioner are exceptional. However the support team is unprofessional, disrespectful and disorganized, from answering a call to making an appointment.
