Cedar Grove Apartments reviews
8Ana at the leasing office was very helpful and nice when applying for the apartment. Very willing to help and providing as much information as possible. Thank you again Ana
I’ve been here for 6 years going on 7 love this place very nice kind down to earth people. They make sure your comfortable they be on top of things right away.
I have been there to visit my friend I love it. I have a question I have been calling the office noone answers. Does anyone if the accept the hens program its for my mom who is 81 just got evicted please and thank you
I have contact this place multiple times for a 1 bedroom/ 1 bath or a 2/1. No one answers their phone! How do they expect to get buyers if they will not allow anyone to speak to them. Ridiculous.
False advertising. They have it up on websites they’re available then when you call, then when you call they tell you they don’t have anything available until the next year.
Lived Here and The Efforts to Upgrade and Create Better Community is Evident to All. When I Left Cedar Grove was a Much Better Community than when I first arrived. The Response Time for Maintenance is Much Faster, and their Community Portal with Updates, Emails, etc.is Very Effective.
I think the community is to live and raise a family. It's quite and not to much going on and so far I've seen everything kept up as far as maintaince only thing I dont really like is the parking. Parking is in a first come first service I feel like each apartment should be assigned atleast one parking space. Once that's resolved I think it will be perfect.
My experience with the place have been rocky. The management is the worst thing ever. Cindy try very hard to make it better and the only other pleasant person is the new office assistant/receptionist. Diana is the worst person in the office because she want to be the boss but not the boss. She does things her way like under the table kind of stuff for people she friends with but anyone else she is rude and disrespectful to them from tenants to the staff. They Do Not I repeat Do Not fix anything in your place until months later. Once they do come some of the maintenance men doesn’t do a good job/ half done jobs. My things only started getting fixed correctly when Javi did them. For example they did not fix my bathroom correctly causing me a 800.00 dollar water bill. The out side looks nice but you can’t use anything you see until the office is open/ when they feel like it. To be honest no I wouldn’t suggest anyone to move here unless you like to do your own fixing up
