Celebration Hotel

We just got married at the Celebration Hotel and it was everything we dreamed of and more. All of the staff were amazing, especially Alexandra, who coordinated everything and made the ceremony and reception go flawlessly! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to host an event!

We decided to go away for Christmas and thought Celebration, being a town originally owned by Walk Disney, would be the perfect, festive spot to go.
The best thing about the Celebration Hotel is their staff. I give them 10 stars! From front desk, to valet to the restaurant staff, they are all super nice and accomadating.
Now the hotel has a beautiful spot overlooking water. Our room was a suite with a beautiful view. However, it is so outdated and in need of updating. This is not a cheap hotel. We are paying close to $400 a night with fees and taxes. The carpet is filthy and gross. Rip that out and put in some nice flooring. They accept dogs so wouldn't it be better to have floors in case of accidents? The " artwork" is nondescript and not anything that you think would be in the cooridors or rooms because when you walk into the lobby, you think it's going to be a gorgeous and eclectic type of hotel. The drain in the bathroom tub was clogged, the phone room did not work so we couldn't use it to call them. NBD having to use our own phone but it's the point. As far as extras that fine hotels usually have, no slippers or bathrobes. They give you 1 bar of soap for the bathroom that has a sink, tub and separate shower.
We stayed on the 3rd floor and the hallways were freezing! We mentioned in to the front desk and they sent their engineer to check it out. It got marginally better but still very cold and let's remember, the temp. Christmas weekend was in the 30's and 40's.
We also thought they could have done more with holiday decorations. Wreaths out front and the lobby had some decorations but nothing in the hallways or elsewhere. They could try and make the restaurant cozier with candles, sheer drapes to section seating off as it's a small area and to give it more intimacy.
I heard Marriot has taken over this hotel so hopefully they will do some much needed upgrading.

Terrible. Room smelling musty, mildew. The feeling of stepping on the carpet is horrible, it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years.

Very clean, tidy and great smelling reception and bar. Friendly staff. Outside deck area very comfortable with great views. Clean bathrooms. Well stocked bar and good menus. Update: Service is atrocious from the bar area.

Hotel is outdated and a little rundown. Nothing like the downtown Orlando location. The air in the room smelled, mattress / furniture seemed old, no hot water in the shower. The only perk was the food was good (although no room service) and it is walkable to shops etc. They are going through management changes but this place needs an overhaul. I would be extremely hesitant to stay here again.

Great location away from the Mouse Madness. Great selection of restaurants in Celebration. Hotel could use updates/renovations. Maintenance left nasty debris in front of ice machine today…. Shower in our room needs attention. Very, very difficult to cut off faucet to change to shower function

This hotel is nice but not as nice as the other bohemian locations. It appears rather run down and as if it could use an over all face lift, especially the carpet in the rooms. Did not feel nice on the feet. Also shampoo was missing from my shower upon check in. The common areas were all very stuffy and humid feeling. At check out the desk person took my keys didn't say anything else and then when I asked if he needed anything from me he goes "for what? " That experience could have been improved. It was fine for business travel but I would probably try somewhere different next time I'm in town.

I love this hotel, I really enjoy my stay here, beautiful location, the staff members are very nice and helpful, but the hotel is in need of a renovation, and update a few things keeping the same look! So I’m hoping that on my next stay all of my Wishes Come True.

Was here for my wedding night. Would give it 0 stars if I could. Management is the worst I've seen. Hotel caught on fire and they were telling people to go back to their rooms. They hassled others about refunds and lied about the safety of the building. The Director there Seilly Pacheco was less than useless. Utterly rude person who has no business in management. Steer far away from this hotel. It's expensive and you get less than you would at a Motel 6. I took off a couple stars on location because everything closes at 10pm around it.

Terrible place. Fire alarms all night with smoke filled hallways. Poor management and lies about compensating us. Everything is about cya instead of taking the blame and making it right. This was my cousin's wedding weekend and they really screwed the pooch on many things including making sure ADA laws were followed. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, highly overrated.

We stayed at this hotel 2 weeks ago and it was sub par. There were ants in our room which took them 3 days to even attempt to treat. Then one night the fire alarms went off at 3 am and my 4 year old, my 12 month old, my husband and I had to evacuate and sit outside waiting to find out what was going on. The night person at the hotel desk had no idea what to do. Then we were told it was a false alarm and to go back to our rooms. When we got upstairs we could smell something weird but figured if it were a problem the fire department would’ve noticed. Nope: at almost 6 am alarms went off again and smoke poured down the hallway. My family and I rushed out and thank goodness everyone in the hotel was ok. But the smell lingered and was heavy and we were told that the smell of burning elevator fluid wasn’t dangerous. Google it. It’s toxic. My son was coughing and my asthma started to affect me as well. The hotel told us we would not be charged for our stay and our breakfasts would be comped that morning. They lied. We were charged for everything including the “free breakfast” horrible customer service experience, and would not recommend staying here with children.

Fantastic Hotel, room was very clean and spacious. It gave me the feeling that I was in the Bahamas because of the architectural design of the hotel. Furthermore, my room had a balcony that gave an impressive view of Lake Rianhard and the Lakeside Promenade Fountain. I stayed in this great Hotel because I was attending a private party?, well, I don't regret it at all, it is worth the money %. I want to thanks GOD for giving me another opportunity to experience his creation, yes, it was like been in heaven. Amen. Sincerely TONY.

We came to Celebration for surgery at Advent Hospital and stayed at the Bohemian. Unfortunately it was during Hurricane Ian and everything in the village shut down. However, the hotel did an exceptional job with food service and the staff could not have been more accommodating. The valet made sure that our car was up front since we had to be at the hospital very early and even waived the fee since he was having surgery and would return not able to walk very far. Love this hotel! Great location, exceptional service and excellent accommodation. It's a must stay.

The hotel is very eclectic with an art gallery in the lobby. The room was clean and ready on time. I love that you can walk to all the restaurants etc. We saw staff cleaning the facilities at all different times.

Great location within walking distance of many restaurants. Nice walking trails behind the hotel. Restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. Value priced. Beds were squishy and in need of replacement but renovations are scheduled in the near future. Must request a refrigerator for your room.
