Celebration Pediatric Dentistry

Horrible. Called to schedule an appointment because my son had a toothache and is in pain. Said they would not schedule because we are not FL residents. (Even though we own a vacation home in Florida). Seems a bit silly, I guess "non resident" money is different than in state money. Horrible business practice, probably needs to re-think that.

I left this office with tears in my eyes, because I was so happy with our visit. My 7 year old has ADHD and sensory issues. Previous dental visits (at other practices) have always been a stressful time for us and my son was so happy when he left here today. We saw Desire and Dr Amy. They both were so patient and understanding. My son cannot wait to go back and get his teeth cleaned again. Thank you Celebration Pediatric Dentistry!

I have to say how impressed I am with how they handled everything! My son was so comfortable and relaxed. He never felt worried or concerned. The staff was always helpful, welcoming and professionally polite.

Great experience with my three year old at the Winter Garden office! The girls we worked with were so kind and had lots of patience. The dentist we met was very friendly and thorough! Highly recommend.

Their dental office is a nightmare for trying to make a payment while there and obtain a receipt. Instead of just letting you quickly insert your card into a reader like a typical dental office would do, they make you physically hold their ipad in your own hands and then make you keep lingering there while you manually type in all of your credit card information into their ipad (name, address, card number, exp date, security code, email, passcode, etc). And after doing all that they refused give me a printed receipt for my payment. They said it would be emailed to me later, which it never was. They definitely dont care about making the payment experience quick and pleasant for the patient. And especially during COVID, I dont wish to be lingering inside of a dental office for any longer than necessary, while being forced to manually type in all of my credit card information on their ipad. They should just let the patient quickly insert their card, give them a receipt, and let them be out the door. They really dont think about the patients in this respect.

I absolutely love this office which my 3 boys have been coming to this since they were young. Love the atmosphere, doctors, staff.

Just came into the office for a cleaning and due to the covid had to get our temps check which I totally agree with as I work for a governmental building and have to be checked daily. The only thing I would suggest is that the staff become a bit familiar with the fact that temperature checks are able to be taken on the wrist as well as the head. I asked for the wrist and was given a hard time. If you do your research we can see that the wrist is a place to also take the temp with an accurate reading. Other than this I would recommend this office 100%!

Great place! They are super friendly and always do a great job making it a comfortable experience for the kids.

They were fantastic my son. Even during this pandemic they let both myself and wife in to ease my sons mind.

My two daughters love to go to the dentist! Here the doctor and all the assistants are amazing. The place is really cute. They are all very nice and professional. We have been patients for about 6 years.

Called to set an appt for my daughter to have two extractions upon referral from orthodontist. They require you to become an "established" patient at an introductory rate of $450! Seriously. I can't even believe this is real. Almost $500 for a cleaning and x rays. I can take a pick of surrounding dentists that actually have new patient specials for hundreds of dollars less. The extractions would cost less. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Friendly and professional staff. Kid friendly and clean office. I wouldn’t take my kids anywhere else.

The staff and Dr. Gooch definitely live up to there goal of a comfortable environment. My 1st visit was so welcoming. I had an active 3 year old, and two teens. My 3 year old usually doesn’t like Dr.visits but the hygienists were so kind and comforting, he fully cooperated from start to finish. The environment seems clean and kid friendly with many accommodations for all ages while waiting to be seen. The use of iPads for registration and payment confirmation is a plus. I’m Looking forward to their 6 month check ups.

Laura is absolutely amazing! She was very professional and informative, while being completely entertaining to my young, nervous child. And Dr. Gooch was great. He provides as much education as possible while ensuring the parent feels that is the plan of care is their desicion.

Because of Celebration Pediatric Dentistry my children love to go to the dentist. We had other bad experiences elsewhere but because of them, they were able to turn that experience to a wonderful memory. The every staff member is great.

Outstanding first visit for both of my daughters. Office set up was fun and kid friendly. Dr.and staff worked amazingly well with my super shy child. So thankful it was a great dental experience!

Dr. Gooch and the entire staff are the best! They are kind, patient and take the time to make sure that the parent and child are comfortable. I have never been to an office where everyone was so friendly and helpful! I had problems with my insurance and the front office and billing department went out of their way to help. I am so thankful that I found this office and will continue to recommend them to everyone that I know,

Really disappointed Dr. Gooch is an awesome dentist but sad that the office is really on organized. First they told me one thing and then another had to change dentist sad! They expect you to pay in full before your kid is seen or book An appointment

Dr. Gooch was excellent with my children. My experience with the hygienist was fine. However, when I brought up an insurance issue with the billing department, I received absolutely no help! I left messages, my insurance company left a message, and no one ever called me back. I also left 2 messages for the office manager, and still received no response. It's really sad because I think I may have to find another dental office for my children.
