Celebration Town Tavern reviews
16We had a clam roll and a lobster roll. Both were delicious. Great staff both at the door and during the meal made dinner a delight. The Massachusetts themed menu decorations were creative. Use their priority seating option. Great experience
A wonderful experience at the Towne tavern in celebration Florida. Traditional New England style menu Including Ipswich fried clams with the bellies.
Loved this place. I had lobster casserole and my wife had the hot lobster roll. Very delicious. Courteous and friendly wait staff. We'll be back for sure.
Always a great place to have a few drinks. Friendly b tavern go-ers, great staff and delicious and wide variety of food and drink options. Highly recommended
Great place. Onion rings are the best. Always fresh never frozen. It's like being back in Boston with lobestah and fried clams. With memorabilia of Boston sports teams all around. Even has a couple of seats from Fenway park.
I'm not much of a Boston fan, but it was interesting to find a Boston themed restaurant in Central Florida. It was chilly out so we waited 35 minutes for indoor seating. They must allow higher capacity indoors than home in central New York.
I was impressed by the beer list with choices from $4-$7. I ordered the Mahi sandwich and was not disappointed. It was $14 and came with two sides. The grilled filet was so juicy that the soft brioche bun melted around it. Flavor was fantastic with just a thin layer of tartar sauce. Cole slaw was not overly sweet which I liked. The baked beans were also a good choice.
My wife ordered the clam roll and stated that they may have been the best clams she's ever had. And we have traveled to New England many times. I was granted a sample and I had to agree.
My daughter is pretty picky, but even she liked the decor and the turkey avocado roll she ordered.
If you haven't been to Celebration, I recommend you swing through this charming community with a seaside look, and if you're hungry, you can't go wrong with the Celebration Town Tavern.
Excellent food. Clam chowder and fried clams were great. Mahi sandwich was outstanding! Ate at the bar and bartender was great.
After telling us 25 minute wait time and seeing other groups show up and go in a hour later they tell us to sit outside! Very rude hostess and host! Horrible place!
We ate there tonight and it was wonderful! Cozy ambiance, friendly efficient server (yeah Miguel!), the clam chowder was heavenly— don’t skip it! My husband raved about his fish and chips— the Boston baked beans were a treat we don’t have often, and my bleu cheese burger was delicious. All for a reasonable price.
Great service! Great location (lake side) Great food (order the meatloaf stacker) and to die for Sunday Bloody Mary’s ($5)
The food is as good and ftesh
As if i was on Narragansett bay
Up north.
Perhaps the best seafood since
Evelyns in st.cloud closed.
Good service at bar. Food was right for the price and a pretty good vibe for early Sunday afternoon. Scallops were cooked correctly.
I enjoyed this restaurant emencly, I ordered the cod fish basket and it was delicious. It was very lightly battered and the flavor very savory. I will be back.
5 star food and service. The server was terrific and the food in consistently delicious! The reason for one star, we split our check with another couple and we paid the total tip for the table. The other couple put a line through the tip and totaled the bill. Days later they were charged a tip equal to ours. When we called the manager/owner said it was an honest mistake.the server adding a tip is never acceptable. Especially since she received a “tip” from us for both checks. The manger/owner wasn’t apologetic and somewhat curt. So enjoy the food and service but CHECK YOUR BILL.
Really enjoyed this place! One of the best crab cakes I’ve ever had, and the bartender was very friendly and knowledgeable. Fantastic spot for a beer on the patio, and the sangria was tasty as well.
