Celebrity Cruises- Terminal 25, Fort Lauderdale FL

I can't believe this new ship is super beautiful, comfortable. The food is super delicious and there is variable food every day. It also has different shows every day and the staff is super friendly. I want to thank Miss Judy Payot. She was helping me. She works in the Guess Relations department. She is super friendly and very dedicated to the service.work that she does. I’d say don’t go on “any” cruise line. This one in particular. We are On the Equinox now and for two days now absolutely NO seats at the pool because of all the seat savers, and no one with celebrity police’s these unattended seats. Rude passengers everywhere

The captain of the ship Dimetri saved our trip last week. Aug 25 to Sep 2nd cruise. He rerouted the ship to avoid the hurricane last week. We changed one destination but had We had a fantastic weather all along. Thank u soooo much

Most of the security guards do not care about the guests leaving the port. Once you go outside. Beware they will not let you back in. Even if it’s insanely hot and you’re feeling lightheaded and you’re looking to stand in the AC. One guard was kind enough to let me at least stand my the door way. It’s august 22nd insanely hot and yet someone they have perfected not caring about the wellness of others. At least the woman who broke her arm on the way out was taken care of.

This was a stark contrast the wonderful customer service and hospitality on the Celebrity Cruise ship. Create a waiting area or at least tell guest that when they leave they can not come back. Two teams that do deserve positive praise are the people supporting with baggage’s and the sheriffs managing traffic. Thank you for making the experience bearable! To clarify NOT the security guards inside. You all need training or at least manners. When someone is asking you a question let them speak. If you can not handle that you should not be doing your job.

The attentiveness and professionalism of the staff truly stood out. Their dedication to ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued is commendable.

Additionally, the terminal boasts excellent facilities, with comfortable seating areas and clean restrooms. As I explored the premises, I couldn't help but notice the strategic layout, designed to accommodate large crowds effortlessly.

This is the cruise port that we mostly use to depart from our home state of Florida. They are well staffed with polite and helpful employees that allow for efficient boarding compared to other port terminals.
