This has to be the @#/% internet service. Maybe four channels work and their the Spanish channels the other channels no volume and loose service if the sky turn grey; I only had because it came with the apartment. I went and got service thru Xfinity!

I used the dialler voip and Did with them, very bad and pathetic support, blank calls and answering machine, no connectivity.they will gobble your hard earned money.

Terrible customer service. Stayed without internet for days and it continues happening. Do not get this company! Customer service is horrible and lie on who's the supervisor and where they are located like if you can't Google it now a days. And to Celerity: do not respond with "WE ARE NOT THE INTERNET OR CABLE PROVIDER. We are a completely different company called "Celerity Telecommunications", a VoIP company" as your previous responses to other users. Horrible. I'll pay more just for better customer service. To AT&T I go!

We have been with Celerity Telecom for more than year. We switched from another major provider who left us without a phone service for more than 8 hours during busy weekday. So far we have not had any reliability issues with Celerity Telecom. The support is very friendly and usually response very quickly. We have 5 Phones with them and the price they offered us seems very competitive. Thanks guys.

Overall, we have been very happy working with Celerity Telecom dialers and OPC. The products work well and are easy to use. When there is a problem, the OPC team is usually very quick to respond to our needs. We have recommended OPC and their products to many other organizations and will continue to do so in the future. The experience level of their technical staff varies by individual. Overall the company would receive an "A" for a grade from me.

Using their DID services to get connected with every country to fulfil our company’s needs. Setting up of the call services is done quickly and effectively. Thanks for support Fernando.

I have been using Celerity Telecome since November 2017 and I am thoroughly satisfied with this remarkable tool. I have no background in using VOIP (aside from having it set up for me once when deployed to Florida to Miami). But since I became a business owner, I found the entire process easy to accomplish, and when I did require some assistance, Tech Support was immediately available to walk me through (and in some cases do the work for me) whatever issue I faced. The user interface is among the most intuitive I have ever experienced in any application, including other computer programs and phone apps. It has truly been a joy to use and has allowed me to quickly get up and running so that I could concentrate on other aspects of my business. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, this tool has NEVER failed to work, ever. I would eagerly recommend Celerity Telecome to anyone considering a VOIP implementation!

I’ve been with Celerity telecom for several years and the quality of my calls and the service they provide are top notch. They are a 5-star in my book. Celerity Telecom Meetings and the Celerity Portal are very user friendly and good for small to large companies. The customer service experience is amazing!

The Automatic Call Recording feature of Celerity Telecom works exactly as you would expect and hope, recording all calls without the user having to lift a finger. The implementation is also very easy, and the integration with the main CelerityTelecom platform is flawless.

I've been working with a variety of SIP trunks and PBX vendors for about a decade now, these guys are by far my favorite trunking provider. We currently manage about 15 systems using Celerity Telecom's services, and we have never experienced any trunk downtime for any of them. Good, responsive support when needed, easy to order and configure new services, and extremely reliable.

I would strongly recommend the Celerity Telecom phone platform over any hardware based PBX system. Celerity scales very smoothly since it can be run on anything from a pretty basic computer to a powerful server to a cloud VM. This means getting started can be very inexpensive, and migrating can be much lower cost than moving to a hardware PBX. As with any phone system, experience or support is needed, but Celerity Telecom is well designed for usability. There is a decently sized community with users who can help out and share ideas.

I have been using Celerity Telecom for about 15 months and encountered no problems. When I first started to set up the dial plans I had questions and called customer support. They answering my questions, got me up and running. I referred my son's business and he now uses Celerity Telecom. My fixed monthly fee is unbelievably low. Other companies wanted per call monthly billing which would be too costly. How could anyone not like this company. I'm beyond pleased. Thanks

We used to use a traditional PBX system before. But that doesn’t have the capabilities of Celerity Telecom’s IVR system. So, we decided to use Celerity Telecom for our IVR cancellation system.

Also, Celerity's automated calls have helped in increasing our service levels and reducing our costs since there is no need for any manual intervention.

Celerity Telecom is an industry leading solution for sending automated SMS, voice calls, and more.

The UX is fantastic, the support docs are super clear and the price is reasonable.

I haven’t run into any shortcomings with Celerity Telecom yet. Perhaps the prices for a custom short code phone number could be more affordable?

We use it to send SMS and automated voice calls to our clients and members.

With Celerity Telecom services we are able to conduct important polls in very short periods of time and see the results right after the polls complete. We are able to see statistics in real time, also in call logs where we are able to see the disposition of each call. We are then able to reach out to the people who were not able to participate in the first round and get even better results. Without Celerity Telecom's voice broadcasting services we would not be able to conduct the amount of polls and reach out to the proper amount of people we need too in our short given time frames. Their customer service has helped us every step of the way in setting up all of the campaigns and sending us over the appropriate statistics in a speedy manor. We recommend Celerity Telecom to anyone looking for great customer service and a advanced voice broadcasting system.

Celerity Telecom has excellent call quality on their service. Signing up and setting up was easy. Hassle free and pretty well explained on how to get started. He quickly resolved the reason for my call. He also provided his email address in case I had further issues. Celerity Telecom decent service at a decent price.

I have been using Celerity Telecom within my company for quite some time now and can easily say it is the most efficient software out there. Using Celerity Telecom has allowed us to increase our outbound productivity by a large margin and I highly recommend it to all businesses shopping around for power dialer software.

Celerity Telecom's software has been a great asset to our program and has made business much more efficient. Before I was using Celerity Telecom it would take days or even weeks to get my messages delivered to all the households in Florida, but now I can get them delivered in minutes. Celerity Telecom Voice Broadcasting allows us to create call backs, reminders for our classes, and updates in our program. I have been working with Celerity Telecom since 2007 and it's been nice to see their business grow to be recognized as one of the market leaders.
