Poor Customer Service. Made my husband & I do a run around to their different locations to pick up our phone the next day. We were told that the phone would be available anytime next day. When we showed up, they told us to come back at 1. We arrived at 1: 30, the phone still wasn’t completed & we were told it would be completed tonight. We showed up an hour & a half before closing the phone still wasn’t done! They refused to give us a refund! Had to call the bank to dispute the charge since the phone wasn’t even worked on! The workers have nasty, and grimmy attitudes! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

The customer service I experienced from Cell Fix was amazing! My screen was cracked so I looked up phone repair companies online. I found Cell First. I started off at the West Hillsborough Avenue location and ended up having to go to the North Florida Ave location to get my phone fixed the same day due to an issue the Hillsborough location was having. Both locations provided excellent customer service! I'm hoping I will never have to go back but if a need should ever arise, I will be going to back! The prices are very reasonable! My phone looks brand new! I highly recommend!

Sam hooked me up. I was having a bad day but they fixed my phone fast and did me right. I definitely recommend these guys, they're the real deal.

Really disappointed in the customer service skills here. The girl was to involved in her phone to acknowledge me while speaking with her. Very unprofessional. Way over priced. Went somewhere else and got my phone fixed for $30 cheaper with a free tempered glass, with way better service!

Horrible quality on their parts, got my phone fixed it took them more then a week to get the part and it was the same excuse everytime.its on the way but nobody could tell me the exact day my part was coming in.now my phone i cant hear out the speaker.the screen doesnt react to touch the way its supposed to.wouldn even warranty their work! Dont get a repair done here!

STAY AWAY! Disgusting service! Way overpriced, no customer service skills at all! Was lied to about pricing over the phone, big markup for something the next shop does for $50 cheaper! STAYYYYYYY AWAY! WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE HAD NO WAIT TIME AND WAS WAY CHEAPER!

Do not get tha galaxy J4 it does not have YouTube.waste of money plus it's cheaper at other authorized dealers. Other than that ok

I had my screen repair and the following day the phone became unglued the repair guy din't put enough glue on it. Won't go back to cell fix.

Took my phone in for a charging port replacement and left with a broken phone. My screen is messed up and my phone will not work properly now.

Guy helped me get my daughter her Iphone 8 plus after several failed attempts at another company in Winter Haven. He had excellent customer service. The hour and a half drive was worth it. The phone hasn't had any issues as of yet. (Thank God). So this company's gain in a sale was The other ones loss. I wish I could remember the guys name. I heard him tell the operator Billy, but he told us A' zese. *Spellling. Thanks for making me and my daughter happy people.

Bought a phone and was not informed about the no return policy and of course they acted like I was lying about what was also wrong with it. Will would never wish it on my worst enemy. Bad business, even worse business men.

I don't recommend this place to anyone i paid 850 dollars for a galaxy note 8 that has been giving me problems from the beginning and when the cheap screen cracked i was basically told i was stuck with it and the screen cracked on the 3rd day of ownership i would've paid for the screen and walked away without leaving any remarks

This company is a sorry excuse for a cellphone repair shop. I went in for a simple IPhone repair and I expected to get treated like a a customer getting informed by the experts. Not only was I disrecpected but I was told that I was very senile and that I should quote on quote "Remain in my Casket till I Die". I want to file a lawsuit against this very disrecpectful company. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

, Alice was very helpful and she fix my phone it would not ring when I got phone calls and I asked her how much she would charge me and she said it was okay she did not charge me this is probably the best cell phone shop I have ever been in my life and she's pretty sexy too

First off I would love to thank Alex for the great customer service and having my phone done when she say it would be finished. I think cell fix is one of the best cell phone places in Tampa and I love their customer service and the way they get the work done expediently. I will recommend them to anyone because they are great at what they do.

Farres helped me out at this location when my boys Zack and Ed at the location on fletcher sent me over to this location so I could get the battery swapped out of my Nexus 6p real quick before closing time. I am very appreciative of the customer service that Ferres, Zack, and Ed all provided. I believe Alex worked on my device, and did a fantastic job! No doubt, I'll be bringing all my devices to Cell Fix in the future, for repair.

Great customer service Alex was the bomb got me wit a great case and tempered glass for a great price. Great repair prices as wel! Must go to! Fast service!
