Very nice Guy. Told me what was wrong with my grandsons PS4 when it would be ready by 5. Went back to get it was nothing wrong charged me 25.00 instead of 75 and wrote down instructions for my grandson to get it to connect to his TV again. Could have easily charged me the original price. I would not have know the difference. Very nice young man.
