This Guy is a Syrian American Nightmare From Meat Head City that is unprofessional ignimorant and a Felon in six months if he does not grant me Service he gave me Know Internet at alk Talked around it and kicked me out when I paid a extra sum and he was unwilling to add my internet gigs. He a accident waiting to happen and his Lil cache of weapons gone get him back in Syria with a Broke Jaw Plate if he sentenced to Prison with alk That mouth and Greed. I called the Cops on This Guy and filing a Police Report on Him Today and pressing charges to introduce him to urban America he acts like he took my piece of it with the dream of having phone services denied.
This guy charged me 260 dollars to change my screen at Trego, I turned it off when I turned on my phone, my screen was still damaged when I went to him and he told me it has a warranty, this guy is a total fraud, get out of this store, they are not going to steal your money.
Terrible customer service. I’ve been experiencing issues with my phone since my screen was fixed. I gave CellFix a call to see if this was something they could look into and the manager was very rude. All I was trying to do was explain the situation to him and he became very irate and refused to listen to anything I was saying. He hung up in my face multiple times. I would understand if I was blaming them directly for the issues I was having or if I was yelling at them but I was simply seeing if the issue could be resolved. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
They fix one thing and mess up another! I DONT RECOMMEND NOBODY TO COME HERE BAD BUSINESS & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They don't even know how to properly do their job 1 week and 3 screens for a MOTO G phone which takes 2/3 hours to do & still handed it to me messed up glitching which the only problem was my screen! I go to another cell fix and they messed my phone up with their CHEAP GLUE which was still noticable on the sides!
Tim was awesome! He fixed my iPhone 7 at a super reasonable cost. I dropped it in water and it’s working better than before I did!
What can I say? Tim is nothing short of amazing! He always hooks me up with fixing my iPhone screen I’m super clumsy and always manage to crack my screen up really bad but Tim takes great care of me every time no I come in! I would recommend his store to anyone
