3On July 26,2023 I stopped by Centennial Bank, Saint James City. There was only 1 bank teller working the drive thru and the desks. I waited my turn in order to make a deposit but the teller ignored me to continue working the drive thru. Folks, you need to hire more staff. Yes, it's off season but you claim to provide superior service. I left and will not use this facility again. Punta Gorda Centennial has far superior service.

Centennial turned me down for a free checking account because of money I supposedly owe to a bank I've never had an account with and never heard of. I called the banking info clearinghouse Centennial sent me to and got some lady in the Philippines I honestly could not understand what she was saying. When I called back a second time, I got some guy in India that wanted my soc sec number and other personal info. Centennial didn't care and basically don't want me as a customer based on what some computer with bad info told them and they don't care about helping people or being automotons and doing what the computer tells them to do.
