Centennial Roofing, Panama City FL

So I paid $1000 (175 for consult and 825 for fixing) for them to fix my roof. Check was cashed May 4,2023. They fixed an area of 2'x2', This weekend I noticed an area RIGHT BESIDE the area "they fixed" that I think needed looking at (I saw it from the inside just as noticed the other leak). It hasn't even been 60 days and for them to come out and check the area, I would have to pay ANOTHER $175. It's not like it was 6 months later- but whatever. And then, I put not responsive because when I called at 10: 46 this morning, the person I needed to talk to was on a conference call and I was told she would call me back when the CCall was over. Well, I ended up calling them at 2: 50pm because I pretty sure that a conference call didn't last 4 hours. The girl on the phone didn't even know who I was, who I needed to talk to or what I was talking about

Best roofing contractor in FL panhandle! They did an amazing job on our personal residence. Kim and David have a soft spot for children as well. We want to thank them for donating the metal roof on our outdoor covered play kitchen, the kids love it. Thank you Centennial!

We had a leaking roof at our VFW Post due to poor installation after hurricane Michael. Contacted Centennial and they offered
several options; from a patch job, to a tear off and install of a new roof, or a TPO system on the existing standing seam roof. Went with the TPO system and it turned out great. Was most impressed with the professionalism of everyone, from the office staff, to Leland who oversaw the project, to the technicians who installed the system. We did not even have to shut down during installation and the project was completed in four days. They also came out several times over the course of a month to inspect and ensure that everything was still the way it should be. I would highly recommend Centennial roofing for any roofing needs, commercial or residential.

Called for an inspection of our tile roof issue which was $250 to come out, to be applied to later repair costs. Promptly was scheduled and inspection was done. The report was very detailed and we were informed they do not do those types of repairs. Had several other companies come out (free) for inspection and have repair lined up. While the report was detailed it did not reflect the state of the roof as based on other evaluations. I would avoid this company unless they say they can actually accomplish the work. We basically paid $250 for an over-detailed report to tell us they do not do that work.
